Dear Distinguished Delegates,
Welcome to the 2013 IACSIT Conferences in Jakarta, Indonesia. We’re confident that over the two days
you’ll get the theoretical grounding, practical knowledge, and personal contacts that will help you build
long-term, profitable and sustainable communication among researchers and practitioners working in
a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in Advances in Mechanics Engineering,
Network and Computational Intelligence & Intelligent Information Processing.
After more than half a year’s preparation, we finally will have those conferences to be held Jakarta,
Indonesia, July 13-14, 2013.
For the conferences of ICAME2013 & ICNCI2013 & ICIIP 2013, we had received over 150 submissions,
65 excellent papers were accepted and published finally. Congratulations for those papers.
On behalf of IACSIT organization, I would like to thank all the authors as well as the Program
Committee members and reviewers. Their high competence, their enthusiasm, their time and expertise
knowledge, enabled us to prepare the high-quality final program and helped to make the conference
became a successful event.
Once again, thanks for coming to IACSIT conferences, we are delegate to higher and better

*ICIIP 2013 conference papers will be published in the Volume of International Journal

*One best presentation will be selected from each session, the best one will be

About Keynote Speakers
Keynote Speaker I
Prof. Bale V. Reddy
University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT), Canada
Bale Viswanadha Reddy (B.V. Reddy) is a Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering in
Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT),
Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. Prior to this Dr. Reddy also worked as an Associate Professor in
Mechanical Engineering Department, University of New Brunswick (UNB), Fredericton, Canada. Dr.
Reddy received his MTech and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, India.

Dr. Reddy research interests are in the area of advanced and sustainable energy systems, exergy
analysis, energy management, heat transfer, waste heat recovery and alternative energy sources. Dr.
Reddy has led funded research projects in the area of combustion, energy systems, energy
efficiency improvement and biofuels. Dr. Reddy has published 175 papers in refereed journals and
refereed conference proceedings. He is also involved in the organization of many international
conferences as a conference chair, track chair, organizing committee member, advisory committee
member etc. He has also chaired technical sessions in international conferences and has delivered
keynote and invited presentations in various international conferences. Dr. Reddy also contributed
book chapters along with his research collaborators in thermodynamics and energy systems area. Dr.
Reddy has also received best professor award for teaching excellence five times both in India (VIT,
Vellore) and in Canada (UNB, Fredericton; UOIT, Oshawa).

Prof. Ma Maode
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Dr. Maode Ma received his BE degree from Tsinghua University in 1982, his ME degree from Tianjin
University in 1991 and his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Hong Kong University of Science
and Technology in 1999. Now, Dr. Ma is an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and
Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University in Jakarta, Indonesia. He has extensive
research interests including wireless networking and wireless network security. He has led and/or
participated in around 20 research projects funded by government, industry, military and universities
in various countries. He has been a member of the technical program committees for more than 100
international conferences. He has been a general chair, technical symposium chair, tutorial chair,
publication chair, publicity chair and session chair for more than 50 international conferences. Dr. Ma
has more than 200 international academic publications including more than 70 journal papers, more
than 140 conference papers and/or book chapters, and 3 academic books. Dr. Ma is the
Editor-in-Chief of International journal of Electronic Transport and Topic Editor-in-Chief of
International Journal of the Advancements in Computing Technology. He currently serves as an
Associate Editor for IEEE Communications Letters, a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications
Surveys and Tutorials, and an Associate Editor for International Journal of Network and Computer

Applications, International Journal of Security and Communication Networks, and International
Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing. Dr. Ma is a senior member of IEEE
Communication Society and IEEE Education Society and a member of a few technical committees in
the IEEE Communication Society.

Prof. Shishir Kumar Sahu
National Institute of Technology, Rourkela
Dr Shishir Kumar Sahu received his undergraduate engineering degree in Civil Engineering from
UCE, Burla, Sambalpur University, India. After his Ph.D. degree from IIT, Kharagpur on a MHRD
fellowship, he has done post doctoral research in Institute of Sound and Vibration, Southampton
University, UK during 2007 on a British Council fellowship. He is now working as Dean, Planning &
Development of National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India and a Professor of Civil Engineering
in the institute. His industrial experience includes works department, Government of Orissa and
Indian Railways. He is the author of 50 research papers including twenty publications in reputed
international journals. He has presented several papers in international conferences including
Southampton and Singapore etc. His research interests include structural dynamics, stability of plate
and shell structures, composite materials, and finite-element methods.
