Series2k has developed a new interface which will monitor your

Series2k Daily Fuel Sales
Fuel sales are displayed and calculated automatically for margin, daily and 30 day
profitability. Display includes Gallons, total dollars, sales price per gallon with and without
sales tax, current cost per gallon, margin, today’s Fuel Profit and your 30 day Profit ALL
AUTOMATICALLY.
Series2k Daily Fuel Sales
Fuel Reconciliation is also computed automatically and provided your tank monitor sends
data to the POS system we import that data into the correct day and display your net and
gross over and short as required by most states. Again all automatically.
Series2k Daily Other Sales
Department sales and profit are displayed - noting your departments are Auto created and changed if your POS
changes.
Profitability is based on that days sales of actual SKU’s. Each day we automatically calculate your department
profit based on THAT DAY’S SALES and convert that to the department level. (Only for departments that have scanned SKU’s)

Daily Cash Reconciliation is imported from the POS and then checked and corrected as necessary. If an item

Series2k Manual Input
Manual Input is used in a number of
scenarios:
1) Your station does not have a POS
system that allows data to be
downloaded.
2) System crash on your POS system.
3) Lost data
In any of those cases we need to enter
data manually and this is done in
seconds simply by filling in the blanks
of the departments auto created.
Some clients run multi stations and
have 1 or 2 stations with no POS
connection. Using this allows you to
simplify your manual and auto POS
stations and run all in one system.

to show your WAM. Click on the What If’s button on the top main line and the following screen will display,

Series2k Fuel Invoice Entry
Fuel Invoices are entered in 2
ways:
1) Manually simply by clicking
on the Add New Invoice button.
2) Auto import from the web site
- if the Oil Company has a
supported web site.
This invoice is auto imported
from the web site.
The system can be setup so only
prices that change need to be
entered, otherwise data is auto
copied from the previous
invoice. Saving time !
Series2k Excel Pivot Reports
A lot of Dealer like to see sales data in an Excel format,
with Series2k you can get the data you want in the format
you want displayed in Excel as can be seen from the next
page. We can add Pivot reports as needed

Series2k Price Book System
The Series2k price book allows simple control of all your prices on your POS from a central system.
You can sort and display by many different methods by simply clicking on the header - headers can also be grouped.
To change prices simply hi light and group change - changing hundred’s of prices in seconds.
You can also use standard Microsoft search utilities such as the wildcard (*) and find any group of items by UPC
or Description.
Series2k EDI Palm Invoice System
The Series2k EDI Palm Invoice
system allows you to import
electronic invoices from your
vendors that offer this
service. You can also input
invoices from the Symbol
SPT1700 or 1800 Handheld
scanner. This can save
invoices that are created at
the front door of the store, or
at Super Stores like Costco.
This data is then used to
update your price books and
then these invoices can be
consolidated to departments
and posted to QuickBooks.

Series2k has a very large number of reports and if custom reports are needed please
advise us. This service is included with our monthly fee.
As can be seen the report selection is very complete and even allows you to customize
reports if you have some basic Microsoft skills - please be careful though ask us for advice.

Series2k Critical Inventory
Series2k understand how important cigarette, lottery, phone card inventory
(critical inventory) is to a Gas Station/C-Store.
For this reason we developed the only immediate feed back system in the industry.
Our system uses our hand held SPT scanner to take SHIFT inventory and give
IMMEDIATE reports back to the cashier to compare their actual sales with the
missing inventory by department.
We have also patented a system to actually take cigarette inventory at the rate of
1 - 2 seconds per line to give an accurate count of a large C-Store in under 5
minutes.

Using our barcode ruler and custom shelf labels we are able to easily and
efficiently take cigarette inventory in approx.. 1- 2 seconds per row.

Series2k Web based Management
Our new web based management system is a
SQL system running on the web allowing
data to be taken from the POS, processed at
the site and then posted to the web. Here is a
typical days data that can be viewed by
owners and managers.
This system gives all the necessary date
including sales, margins, profit, cash and fuel
reconciliation in one easy to view form along
with a month graph for quick trend review.
All fields can then be drilled down to show
the actual day, week or month details.
