An invitation was posted to all registered patients over 18 years
A notice is displayed in our waiting rooms and on our website
Members of the Patient Participation Group are present to recruit new members at our extended flu clinic
Patients are also opportunistically encouraged to join for example: sometimes when a patient provides feedback to the
surgery we invite them to join the Patient Participation Group
Information is included in our newsletters

6 additional clinical sessions provided which was publicised on the website and through one of our patient newsletters

Community transport scheme started, all patients eligible to use it were sent a letter introducing the service

Work done this year has further developed the actions started in previous years. In addition we have hosted a Diabetes Awareness
Event for all diabetic patients which included information from the practice diabetic nurse, GP, Diabetic Specialist Nurse and local
Diabetic research.
