Introduction:
“Fashion clicks”, name of my website is about fashion trends in Pakistani market for women’s.
The key factor that drives the need for developing my own site was to give a single platform with wide range
of variety of women dresses. The site was created on Google. The main purpose is to help ladies style
themselves. I have mentioned all the information on my website and along with that payment methods are
also given.

Main products
In my site I have uploaded the collection of three popular brands i.e. Outfitters, HSY
and Generation. As it is summer so main products are lawn dresses along with shirts
and ladies trousers. I have also covered the bridal section by uploading bridal dresses of
designers.
1. Outfitters:
“If you have the passion of fashion , then outfitter is for you .lazy day home or going out shopping , the good
students or hangout specialist ,the sleek professional or chic party person , outfitters have all the lifestyles
covered.”
Outfitters have a huge range of clothes starting off with casual to funky party going dresses. To add more
glamour and to compliment the look they offer irresistible accessories like bags, belts, shoes, necklaces etc.
2. HSY (Hassan Shehryar Yasin ):
HSY is one of the famous designers of Pakistan. He offers a huge range of women dresses starting of
with casual lawn clothes to bridal wears. He has almost 14 outlets worldwide. He is often seen doing
fashion shows sponsored by Veet and Sunsilk . HSY being really humble person has been sharing
fashion manta since 1994.
They are more focused on elegant clothes then on trendy clothes and women of almost every age can
wear their dresses.

3. Generations
They were the pioneers of “first ready to wear fashion outlets in pakistan” . Generation’s first outlet
was founded in 1983. They are more focused towards casual dresses and designs for urban ladies.
The price range set by them is not much expensive and is affordable by every middle class and urban
women.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
My target audience is middle and upper class women who are interested in knowing changing fashion
trends and want to have all famous brands available on single platform.

With passage of age the taste and fashion style changes. The dresses collection has been divided
into segments. Each portion has colors and prints suitable for different age women’s. Funky and
refreshing tops and lawn designs attract more of the teenagers and young generation so it’s been
names as teen’s corner

As income is another big factor affecting purchase behavior of customers..As Pakistan is price
sensitive market so to make if feasible for every women to buy it the price range is kept such that
everyone can afford it.
Distribution:
The images of designs with their code and prices have been uploaded along with the outlets address
and contact information. But further if there is any problem they can contact me along with that they
can give me feedback as well. As I have made contact us page on my site. Even if someone wants to
share their opinion than simply they have to write on testimonial page.
Promotional plan:

To do the promotion of my site i have designed few banners that I can upload on websites of other
fellows. Along with that I have my own face book page I can upload these banners there to promote it.
I can email my friends or send them sms to invite them to visit my site. I will use
Positive word of mouth as a tool to promote my site

PAYEMENT METHODS:
The method of payment I have decided is e-paisa. You can easily pay the bill thorough
any near shop of easy paisa. It is not necessary for you to have a Telenor connection by simply going
to their near shop you can transfer money.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES:
Along with offering the main products i.e. the dresses and lawn designs i have given few summer tips
regarding skin. Along with that i have shared the latest nail paint trends for summer. The matching
accessories that can add more value to your style and neon colors for summers with images have been
uploaded on the site.

FEED BACK:
Customers can contact us thorough contact us page where as can give their feed back through
testimonials or feed back page.their demands and needs regarding dresses would be delivered to
particular designer and if there are any complaints then we will try to solve them .
REVENUE GENERATION:
On my site i can generate revenues by promoting these famous brands and
attracting more and more customers. Basically i am advertising these brands thorough my website
and will generate profit from these brands as i am promoting them and targeting more morE
CONCLUSION
The site ‘FASHION CLICKS” is my first business site as I am running a small business thorough it.
At start it was much difficult but with time I learned more about site and how to develop it. Now I am
running it successfully and promoting it by using banners designed by myself. The basic purpose was
to give people a single platform with all famous brands. The problems faced were regarding
development of site and layout but i tried to overcome that.
