THANKSGIVING DAY MASS - on Nov. 26 will be
held at St. Mary church at 9:30am for both parishes.
We remember members of our communities who buried
from our churches a loved one in 2015. For the Mass
collection that day, please bring something to put in a
food basket: dry goods, paper products, gift cards, etc.
Baskets will be brought to families in December.

15th, 11:30am-1:00pm at the First Congregational

NIÑOS y JOVENES - Hay un coro para la misa a
OUR ANNUAL GIVING TREES - This year we
will again support the Akron Pregnancy Center and the
Parish Hunger Program. Our thanks to the Newman
Students who created the tree ornaments. Trees are
located in the church. Take an ornament, purchase the
gift, and return it to the church wrapped with the
ornament by Dec. 13th.
DOWNTOWN AKRON
AN ADORATION CHAPEL - We are looking to
have a Blessed Sacrament Chapel at St. Bernard in
downtown Akron. Adoration will be open between 9am
- 5pm, Monday through Friday. Here is what we need: 1
person to be a "Day Captain" to oversee that all eight
hours on their Day only has a person (preferably two
persons) in the Chapel. If you can be a Captain or a
Pray-er, please call or email the parish office.

posadas y los villancicos comienzan el 16 de diciembre

MISA EN HONOR A N. S. de GUADALUPE–El
sábado 12 de diciembre a las 4:30pm con Las Primeras
Comuniones. Si quiere hacer una donación para pagar
los Mariachis y comprar comida hable a la oficina 330253-5161. Llame a Alma Silva, 330-400-7308, ella está
encargada de la lista del menú de donaciones.
Necesitamos voluntarios para ese día en la misa y en la
recepción hay una lista para que seapunten.
PRACTICAS - para la procesión, actuación, y bailes
para el día de la Virgen de Guadalupe será después de la
misa de la 1pm. Hable con Mónica, Alma o Nancy.
