Final Assignment – Leadership and Management Treatise (DUE Sun. 4/29) This is an opportunity for you to reflect and apply theories and principles you have learned throughout the semester, the readings, and your overall experience and evolution as a leader and manager. Most importantly, you will be asked to put forth your general leadership and management model and values that will serve as a guide for you in the future. This assignment should be used as a portfolio item and also serve as a reference to you once you begin your full time library/information science career. Please bear in mind that your like or dislike of concepts should not be directly related to my take on leadership but rather why you think something is a good or bad idea based on its own merit and supported by a well articulated rationale. Life in many ways is an application of one’s own philosophy so please articulate what these are in terms of your own, current thoughts on leadership. Requirements: 5 page minimum, double spaced, 12 point font. Please cite your sources and include references at the end of your paper. I.
