Filling in Basic Requirements
• CMR Filling in should use English language；
• Every column with “*” in all tables must be filled in；
• Declaration Scope should select “A. Company Level”
• If the products contain “conflict minerals”, should identify one
more smelter ；
• Red background column will be not allowed in Checker；
• CMR should be saved standard EXCEL format, otherwise
can not be uploaded；

Declaration Scope:
 Suppliers should select “A. Company Level”, ensure all
products supplied to Foxconn contained
 B/C selection should describe the scope in “Description of
Scope”
 D selection should fill part number in “Product List”
•Declaration Scope should select：A. Company Level；
•Declaration Scope selection：Foxconn do not accept B/C/D

the table finish after this column.
Please distinguish whether the metals based of the
inquiry supplied by suppliers come form DRC or an
adjoining countries or not, if yes, please remark and
declare.
Please distinguish whether the metals based of the
survey provided by suppliers source from a recycler
or scrap supplier.
