See below for the flower knitting patterns All flowers knitted in bright coloured double knitting yarn using size 3.00mm (11 needles) Abbreviations K rep sts tbl k2tog inc Large Flower knit repeat stich(es) through the back loop knit two stitches together increase Arrange petals as desired and sew into place. Cast on 12 stitches Row 1. Slip 1, knit 11 Row 2. Slip 1, purl 11 Row 3. Slip 1, *k1, yo (yarn over), repeat from* to last st knit 1, Row 4. Slip 1, purl to end Continue in stocking stitch (slipping the first st of every row) for 14 more rows. Row 19. knit 2 tog twice, knit to last 4sts, knit 2 tog twice Row 20.purl Repeat row 19 & 20 3times more. Row 27. knit 2 tog 3 times. Row 28. Purl Row 29. knit 3 together fasten off. Making up: Join up two ends of outer flower by stitching the lower corners of the two end petals together, then run a thread along the base of all the petals and pull up tightly to gather; do the same with the inner flower and the flower centre. Stitch, the inner flower on top of the outer flower, matching centres. Stitch the flower centre in place.
