Experience in a NFP organisation with experience in developing DM campaigns from inception to implementation 2. Experience designing and implementing acquisition, retention and loyalty programs 3. Strong track record in campaign management and demonstrated ability to manage various campaigns simultaneously to deadline and budget 4. A strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g. DONMAN) combined with advanced analytical ability and experience in data and marketing analytics, evaluation and reporting 5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong stakeholder relationship management skills both internally and externally e.g. fundraising agencies, designers and print houses 6. Financial management experience specifically in budget design, monitoring and forecasting 7.
