Year 10
Ignite Projects
Schedule and Venue Information
6 December 2013
The Ignite Project is an innovative learning experience for Year 10 students.
This two week program offers opportunities to enhance their critical thinking
and communication skills in a collaborative project with real life relevance,
while further developing learning dispositions to position them for success in
Stage 6. Students have enjoyed the opportunity to work in their groups in the
hall precinct, planning their own timeline and meeting with their mentors to
review progress and brainstorm ideas. Students have selected a wide range of
projects of personal interest, from areas such as World Issues/Outreach,
Science & Technology, Health & Wellbeing, Business & Finance and Arts &
Communications.
