‫المشروع عبارة عن ماكينة خلط لأللوان ثم تقوم بتخزين المنتج في خزان‬
‫وذلك إلستخدامة في عملية إنتاج لهذه األلوان وتتم عملية اإلنتاج عن‬
‫طريق عدة مراحل أولها التعبئة ثم التغطية ثم وضع ملصق للشركة‬
‫المنتجة علي المنتج ثم توجيه المنتج لمرحلة إكتشاف األخطاء عن طريق‬
‫تحليل الصور من خالل كاميرا مثبته علي الخط تلتقط صور للمنتج وتعين‬
‫إذا ما كان المنتج سليم أم غير سليم وعلي أساس هذه المرحلة يتم أخذ‬
‫القرار أوتوماتيكيا برفض المنتج الفاسد من الخط عن طريق دفعة بعيدا‬
‫عن خط اإلنتاج أما المنتج السليم فإنه يتخطي هذه المرحلة متجها إلي‬
‫مرحلة الذراع األلي وذلك لتعبئة المنتج في علب كرتونيه لتقديمها إلي‬
‫المستهلك‬
‫المنظومة بالكامل ما عدا مرحلة إكتشاف األخطاء يتم التحكم فيها عن‬
‫طريق الحاكمات المنطقية القابله للبرمجة أما مرحلة إكتشاف األخطاء تم‬
‫التحكم فيها بإستخدام األردوينو والالب فيو ونستخم نظام إسكادا لمراقبة‬
‫المنظومة بالكامل‪.‬‬

In this project, an advanced automation system is designed for a real
application of production line especially for painting industry. The
main task of the considered production line is to fill bottles with
mixed colors and transfer the product to store it. This system
consists of six stages, the mixing unit, filling unit, capping unit,
labeling unit, error detection unit and finally, a robot arm unit.
Mixing unit mixes the three colors and using hoses for carrying the
mix to the belt conveyor system where filling and capping process is
done, after the capping stage the bottle directed to labeling unit to
get the company product label and then the bottle is directed to the
error detection unit to find any error within the bottle such as: the
absence of the label or the bottle cap as well as it will check if the
bottle is filled with the product at specific level or not. At the end of
this production line there is a robot arm for carrying the filled
bottles to customers. Thus, this project aims to design a complete
automation system to simulate the production lines in painting
industry and increasing the productivity and repeatability and
decreasing error with in the final product in this industry.
Automation system can be achieved by using Programmable Logic
Controller (PLC) to control the whole process and by using HD
camera, Arduino with Lab-view we will achieve the operation of
product error detection and by using a SCADA system will achieve
monitoring for the whole controlled process stages.

The system consists of five compressors each driven by three
phase induction motor, maintain the pressure level in a tank
that supplies compressed air to an industrial process. A couple
of PLC – PC construct the local control room to controls the
process and runs the first level of SCADA. The system is
flexible enough to run many concepts of control plane and
manage the electric power to realize the power saving strategy.
All necessary system components that realize this pressure
control system are provided.
The term "compressed air" means that the air of atmospheric
pressure is compressed into air of higher pressure which used
in many application from consumer products, such as home
refrigerators to large complex petrochemical plant installation.
Also exists in some industries includes chemical,
petrochemical, refinery and paper. So it is necessary to supply
the plant with the compressed air.

‫تقليل االخطاء الناتجه عن العمل البشرى مما ينتج عنه حمايه االرواح من مواطنين‬
‫وعاملين بهذا القطاع وايضا الحفاظ على الممتلكات العامه والخاصه‬

‫المراد تامينه وينعكس ذلك بالطبع علي التكلفة من خالل زيادة‬

‫وتباع تعاليم االمن الصناعى واالرتقاء بنظم المبانى الحديثة بتوفير كافة‬

‫ويحتوى على ‪220‬فولت لتغذية)‪ (PLC‬و‪24‬فولت لتغذية المصعد وتغذية‬
‫مضخات المياه الخاصه بنظم االطفاء وتغذية المبانى بالمياه الالزمه‪.‬‬
‫‪-2‬المصعد(‪)Alasancir‬‬
‫ويتم التحكم فيه باستخدام نظم التحكم المبرمجه فى حدود ثالثة طوابق ويلزم‬
‫لتشغيله مجموعه من مفاتيح نهاية المشوار ومفاتيح التشغيل اللحظى‪.‬‬
‫‪-3‬نظام اطفاء الحريق‬
‫ويتم التحكم فيه ايضا من خالل نظم التحكم المبرمجة ويلزم لتشغيلة‬
‫مجموعة من الصمامات الكهربية وطفايات الحريق ‪.‬‬
‫‪-4‬مصدر المياة‬
‫ويستخدم لتشغيله عدد من مضخات المياة والتي تعمل علي ضخها داخل تانك‬

‫دون التدخل اليدوي من االنسان ‪ ,‬وهي تستخدم أوامر مشفرة تأتي من الحاسب االلي وتمكن المصانع من‬
‫صناعة أجزاء عالية الدقة وبسرعات عالية ‪.‬‬
‫الماكينة التي نستخدمها في مشروعنا هذا تستخدم للقطع والحفر على األخشاب أو البالستيك أو‬
‫أي مواد شبيها اتوماتيكيا باستخدام الحاسب بحيث نقوم بعمل التصميم على الحاسب فتجعله الماكينة بعد‬
‫ذلك محفورا أو مقطوعا على الخشب او البالستيك أو اي مواد شبيه‪.‬‬
