Designed for employees in the workplace,
nursery employees, babysitters,
firefighters, policemen, airline personnel,
security guards, health club coaches,
family members of patients at high risk for
sudden cardiac death, and any other
personnel who may have a need to
respond to an emergency because of job
responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
Heart Saver First Aid

The course teaches basic first aid, CPR and
AED skills such as:
• Helping someone with a possible broken bone
or sprain
• Giving CPR to an infant, child or an adult
• Using an AED
Chest Discomfort

Activate EMS (112)
Chew one adult Aspirin, Two Baby Aspirin.
If no history of allergy or Bleeding

Snakebites

Applying Pressure around the Bitten
Extrimitiesgg
Heat Emergencies





Laying down in a cool place
Removing Victim Clothes
Activate EMS 112
Cooling the Victim with a cool water
Drink Cool Fluid with carbohydrates and
electrolytes.
