Key Achievements






On 2015, I had led my team to enhance the requirement elicitation process by using the blend tool which
leverages the credibility of requirement verification and validation with the customer; this toke place by
availing an ease, flexible visual prototyping tool to capture and respond to customer feedback. This
action was highly appreciated by the senior managers and recommended to be applied across all
analysts’ units in ITS.
On 2014, I had been nominated as ITS champion for sizing the requirements using the story point
techniques, this nomination done by Dr. Rajef (CMMI Indian consultant) during the CMMI 5 assessment.
On 2014, I had a proven of an excellent record of high efficiency in requirement sizing and estimation
which was one reason of many to be prompted by the senior Management as an analysis and design
unit head to help the organization control the cost of new requirements.
On 2012, I accomplished a significant shifting to the quality standard and stakeholder’s expectations by
maximizing the quality of development’s deliverables, the result were appreciated by the senior
management. The team succeeded to deliver a remarkable and reliable application with a minimum rate
of bugs which were identified and verified by the internal testing team and also succeeded to pass the
user acceptance test (UAT) done by outsourcing testing company (Maverick) with 3 bugs.
On 2011 , I created a customized template of FRS document and applied major amendments to the
company requirement analysis document by reorganizing and enriching its contents in order to overcome
the existing issues produced from old template which enhanced the design output and significantly saved
a lot of time and effort wasted in debating on unclear and ambiguous design details
On 2009, I won the Best software designer award due to the high quality output and commitment on
deliverables.

On 2008, I had been promoted to a technical team leader role after 1 year from joining ITS Company,
despite of the availability of older senior developers.

 Acting as a an engagement project manager to managing the full cycle implementation of Microsoft
Dynamics AX 2012 for the finance module by means of:
1. Having the ownership of the project since its acceptance till its closure, and leading the project
initiation phase.
2. Being the main contact person with the vendor during the project life time.
3. Maintaining and developing the roadmap and backlog for the ERP implementation project.
4. Managing the relationship with the software provider (vendor) throughout the project duration and
acting the engagement manager with the software provider’s engagement team.
5. Ensuring the services delivered by the software provider are conform to what has been
contractually agreed between our business team and the software provider and monitoring the
delivery of said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget;
6. Coordinating with the software provider for resource planning and addressing resources
performance issues.
7. Acting as the escalation point when issues arise with software provider 's resources / services
and managed any conflict;
8. Reporting internally within vendor’s organization on project performance (services delivery,
progress, etc.).
 Carried out technology Vendors Assessment as well as the business analysis, requirement elicitation
and documentation, Project scheduling and planning for developing mobile payment ecosystem that
avail several types of financial transactions (i.e. Purchase, transfer, bill payment, etc.) for the merchant
and customer as well as the clearing and settlement cycles, these take place through direct integration
with the acquirer and issuer banks.
 Carried out the business analysis, requirement elicitation, design and documentation for automating the
processes of reconciliation and settlement of the interbank card payments for card present transactions
via ATMs and Point of Sales (POSs) terminals. The scope covered the transactions occurs between
Egypt’s domestic banks each other and the transactions occur between Egypt’s domestic banks and the
international payment networks such as VISA, MasterCard, JCP, AMEX, NAPS and CUP.
 Reviewed and evaluated several tenders from various vendors.
 Prepared RFIs and RFPs to evaluate and select the most appropriate vendor.
