Tic Toc therapeutic treatment program is for children and families impacted
by sexual or violent crimes. Children age four through eighteen, parents, and
siblings meet in separate, age-appropriate groups to begin the healing
process. Groups meet once a week for ninety minutes for twelve consecutive
weeks. Children’s groups are therapeutic with an emphasis on decreasing
feelings of shame, guilt, and isolation; rebuilding trust; and enhancing selfesteem.The Parent Group is one of education and support with an
emphasis on helping the family through the crisis. Parents learn methods to
respond appropriately to their child and build supportive networks and
resources.

The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a service offered by
NorthKey Regional Prevention Center. The program includes an alcohol
and drug assessment resulting in a referral to either education classes or a
more extensive assessment. This program is open to middle school and
high school students who are under the age of 18 years.The mission of the
EIP is to educate adolescents to make choices that reduce their risk for
alcohol and other drug problems. An additional goal is to reduce the
recidivism rate of the youth through screening assessments, prevention
strategies, and referrals to community resources. We use the Prime for
Life! Under 21 curriculums, this is a research-based educational
program.This program is offered and held in Grant County on a regular

North Key offers short-term intensive therapy as a way of
preventing needless hospitalization. The program includes a mobile unit,
which will meet a child and his or her caregiver at a safe location in any of
the eight counties of Northern Kentucky within 3 to 24 hours of the initial
call. The crisis clinician will conduct an assessment to determine the needs
of the child. If hospitalization is deemed necessary, the clinician will
facilitate the process. If hospitalization is not appropriate, the clinician will
provide short-term intensive therapy for a period of one to three weeks,
which includes outpatient counseling, home/school visits and service
coordination. Referrals can be made by calling the Access line.
A sliding fee scale is available based on family size and income. Medicaid
and other forms of insurance are accepted.

Health Kentucky is the umbrella program that includes Kentucky Physicians
Care (KPC). It is a voluntary network of over 2000 physicians, 485
pharmacies, and pharmaceuticals manufactures. Health Kentucky is not
associated with or is it a part of Medicaid or Medicare Programs. Health
Kentucky relies upon private donations to fund its’ various programs and
services. Health Kentucky was designed to aide those Kentuckians who for
one reason or another are unable to afford quality healthcare. It is designed
for preventative care and not emergencies. Eligibility Requirements:
Applicant must be a Kentucky resident between the ages of 19-64. Cannot
be covered by any other insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, KCHIP, or
Disability (SSI) Income level for applicant must be at or below Federal
Poverty guidelines. This can be determined when completing the
application. Health Kentucky CANNOT: Pay past medical bills. Pay for

Health Point is a non-profit health care organization in Northern Kentucky for adults,
children, and families. We offer discounted fees to patients who qualify as low as $15.00
for an office visit. Medicaid, KCHIP, and most private insurance are welcome. However

Grant County Parks and Recreation continues to plan for growth and opportunities to meet the
recreational needs of the community. Currently, there are three county owned parks: Grant
County Park in Crittenden, Jonesville Park and Mt. Zion Park. There are plans for several new
park amenities throughout the county. It is our mission to provide safe, attractive parks and
diverse recreational activities for all ages throughout the year.
The Parks and Recreation Director collaborates with recreational boards, community initiatives,
schools, city government and the community to offer recreational events for the entire county.
Youth in Grant County are offered a wide array of activities to increase physical activity, team
unity, and knowledge of the game. The activities currently include, little league baseball, soccer,
softball, summer camp and day events Families can spend the evening under the stars watching a
free movie in the park throughout the summer months.
Shelter reservations for the picnic areas in our local parks are offered for a fee of
$10.00. The money goes towards park improvement projects.

The United Way 211 number is now available to people in Hamilton, Clermont and Brown
Counties in Ohio, and Boone, Kenton, Campbell and Grant Counties in Kentucky. United Way
211, The Care Connection, provides free, confidential information, referral and access to health,
social and human services.
