VISION
Arizona Health-e Connection is the international model for
facilitation of Health Information Infrastructure development
and Implementation.
MISSION
To facilitate the design and implementation of integrated
statewide Health Information Technology and Health
Information Exchange that supports the information needs
of all healthcare stakeholders to reduce healthcare costs,
improve patient safety, and improve the quality and
efficiency of healthcare and public health in Arizona.

• Full applications due October 16th

– Provision of education, technical and change management
assistance to providers

– 1st cycle: preliminary application due September 8th, full
proposal (if requested) due November 3rd
– $598 million allocated, approximately 70 awards total
– Preference given to multi-stakeholder collaborations
