What is Biharbrains ?
• Biharbrains is a core group of intellectuals who concerns the

Started with Scientific forum now taking shape as Real
Development Forum.
Initiator: Bibhuti Bikramaditya, moderator/owner yahoo groups &
chairman Bihar Brains society. Working in ITMgic co.ltd ,Seoul ,south
korea in Chip design &development.
In India , he worked as project Leader/Project Manager in Pune

Movement is already taking shape, as a robust platform for the
intellectuals , in India and abroad since its inception in Oct 4,2004
where ideas projects proposals submitted by members on yahoo
group discussion forum are being discussed and the same projects
are undertaken by our newly established BiharBrains scholastic
center at Patna, if it is decided by members and the committees of
BiharBrains.

Plans for Activities – D &E
D. NGO Formation
– For carrying out all the activities, we need funds and to utilize
the fund in various activities we have to form trust in the
name of biharbrains with donations from NRIs from Bihar.
This NGO will also generate its own funds through R&D Work,
consultancy and other local technical works.
– on the recommendation of NGO Formation committee headed
by Sugriv Barnwal,Gen secy, Bajana(www.bajana.org) ,
application for the NGO is already submitted to the Bihar govt
for registeration. Process is already started at patna.

– Plan for Aryabhatt chair for R & D as an independent entity Deemed University with active co-operation from NRIs of
Bihar.
– Solar Lantern Project In villages for Electrification
– Fishery project by CIFE and IIT Mumbai members

the bihar brains and NGO formation committee

committees like Technical Team Building committee

and formed 3 tier organizational structure

development of village (HOPE: Bihar brains:nabuur::

D. Bihar Brains Scholastic center: at Patna.
Inauguration of the scholastic center held on july 30 ,05.
Scholastic center cover online library,international
journals ,magazines with all modern facilities (PCs with
internet connections and ) at our NGO office.
This is the first project taken up by BB members from
India and abroad with a mission to give a model in
Bihar.
