This verse you know
SB: 1.9.16 “The Passing Away of Bhismadeva”
Na hy asya karhicid raajan pumaan veda vidhitsitam yad vijijnnaasayaa
yuktaa muhyanti kavayo’pi hi
“O King, no one can know the plan of the Lord [Sri Krishna]. Even though great
philosophers inquire exhaustively, they are bewildered.”
He says O King you hear, Yudestera maharaja was repenting he thought that he is
the cause for mass destruction in the kurushetra war. Because I wanted to be the
king that’s why killed so many living entities. Yaha Bishma dev samjaraha hai,
koye kisiko mar nahi sakta marne vala hi main hoo
Hari ne kaha Jo be hota aap karan nahi ho. Bhagavan vedi videchita Bagavan ki
plan uniki yojana hai. Uniki yojana isaf se he hamesha sab kuch hota hai. Yedi
hum itina aadat dale ke sabe paristhiti main Krishna ko deke to koyi jeev ke
pratyek hamare main eersha, dushmanavat kuchi nahi rahega. Kintu ham Krishna
na ko dekte nahi hai. That is the biggest defect we have.
Hame jabi isne haisa kiya ussne yaisa kiya Koyiko hum koiste hum phir. Tune aisa
kyon kiya. Karne vala woh nahi hain. Karne vala woh Krishna hai.
SB: 1. 8.19 Prayers by Queen Kunti
Maayaa javanikaacchannam/ ajnnaadhoksajam avyayam
na laksyase mudha-drsaa/ nato naatyadharo yathaa
“Being beyond the range of limited sense perception, You are the eternally
irreproachable factor covered by the curtain of deluding energy. You are
invisible to the foolish observer, exactly as an actor dressed as a player is
not recognized.”
Abhi hume suna hai Kunti prayer me maaya javanikaacchannam, there is a curtain,
curtain hindi me kya kehata hain … parda hain. Hamre aur Krishna ka beech main
e illusionary energy ka parda hain. Aur isemain Krishna dugg gaya hain. Kaun jeev
ko dekha hain isne aisa kiya. Koyi nahi kar sakta karne vala woh hain. Par kabhi
hum usko blame nahi kar sakta hain, kyonki woh dikta nahi hai. Deke isli baar
marjate hain log aur hum poochata hai abhi kya hogaya father ko heart attack
aagaya hai, abhi kya hogaya tere father ko accident hogaya, abhi kya huva father
ko bimarte. Koyi aisa nahi kehta Krishna ne mar diya mera father ko. Koyi nahi
kehta hain. Aur sabko marne vala Krishna hain. Magar Krishna bilkul aatahi nahi
hain samne. Karne vala be woh hai. Yeh hum samaj jate hain Bhishmadev se to
hamare eersha dushmanavat sabh kuch nikal jate hain and this is the way our
fabric of our own human existence must improve by the study of the pages of
Srimad Bhagavatam. Ee improve karneka reet hain. Aap ab kali Krishna ko
dekhiye.
BG: 7.19 “Knowledge of the Absolute”
Bahunam janmanamante jnanavan maam prapadyate
Vasudevah sarvam iti sa mahatma su-durlabhah
“After many births and deaths, he who is actually in knowledge surrenders
unto Me, knowing Me to be the cause of all causes and all that is. Such a
great soul is very rare.”
Krishnaji kahete
Bahunam Anek anek janma ke badh ante at the end jnanavan those who are
knowledgeable maam prapadyate they attain me what is that knowledge,
vasudevah sarvam iti sa mahatma su-durlabhah impossible to find out a person
who sees Krishna in every situation. Please for a change completely change your
vision and everybody will be friendly with you because you are telling anything to
anybody so there is no cause of creating enmity ee bath hain please. Improve your
vision, and we are going to the correct vision hum appko koyi misguide nahi karre.
Karne vala bhagavan hain. Hum kahete hain humare main koi patha jo hilta hain
pedka koi uski marje ke bina nahi hilta hain. To edi patha be nahi hilta hain marne
vala marjata hain to ho kaise uski marje ke bina marjata hain. Uski marje na hoti
to agar log America mein kyom marjata hain. Ee uski yojana hain na as soon as
you see him then we try to improve ourselves. We don’t try to beat around the
bush hum doosroko blame nahi karte hamareko blame karte hain. Kyomki hamare
galti kum hain isliye Krishna ne hamareliye bathaya hain and improve your
devotional service please. That is the real cure. Hum we just go outside and blame
others for our own difficulties and anything happens we may get angry with that.
Anyhow this is also a plan of Krishna. If Parikshit maharaj would not become angry
the whole Bhagavatam would not have been narrated. Bhagavan ka astithva he
nahi hota iss main root main anger hain. Agar Parikshit maharaj gusse hogaye
unhone bahar jate jate mara huva saap padata vaha woh lakadise utakar usey gale
main dal diya woh rishi ki gale main. Ab hum jante hain uske baccha bhi Brahman
ta brahma tej ta usme bhi usne suna apani baap ki gale main raja ne aisa dal diya
hain. Shamik rushi ka to usne gussa hogaya vaha idhar Parikshit Maharaj gusse
hogaye woh bhi gusse hogaye. Aur gussa honeke badh usne shaap dediya to ye
saat din ke badh e wohi takshak nag se bite hokar hey marjayenge. E uska shaap
ta.
Now Parikshit Maharaj could have counter acted this. Na kuch na kuch kiya hota.
Nahi to Bacche ko pakad lete ya usko maar dete kuch karte ya kudka kuch prayer
karte kuch karte, kintu unhone nahi kiya kuch.hunhone svikaar karliya. Dekiye itine
bade raja hote huhe be sare planet ke raja hote huhe bi bade raja hote huhe bi inko
jo e garv hain jo rushiko gale main saap daalkar to inko pashataap he was
lamenting to mare haatse e paap huha hain. Ise badala abhi bhagavan muje dedo.
Maine brahman ka apaman kiya hain brahminical culture should be propagated at
any cost. Aur brahminical culture me kya hota hain whether the fiber of the
behavior should be very fine. EE kapada jitana fine hota hain na to pahaneme bada
anand hota hain. Rough kapada to pahaneme anand nahi hota itina. This fiber of
our life should become finer finer and finest e yaad rakiye isiko brahminical culture
kahte hain. Aur hum to bhagya hamara bharat varshse janma me yaha huha ho
your are connected to bharatiya family and these things are in born in us.
Hamareliye aagaya hain koye bahar se lane ka vasttu nahe hain e hamara paas
hain aur e prabhu aaji bataraha hain ki this is the way. This is the main thing to
understand in this episode. Parikshit Maharaj ko gussa honeka koyi karan nahi ta.
Aur ho gussa hogaya to Brahman ne gussa hone ka koyi karan nahi ta
Aur jabb Parikshit Maharaj ko pata chala une sabb chod diya hain Aur kitana
chodna pada huva hoga aur hum hamara ghar chod nahi sakta hain koyi paach
dollar kahi girchayato saare dhuniya ultiya karke hume doond lete hain kaha hain
paach dollar kaha hain paach dollar. Aur itina bada raaj chodna e asaan nahi ta but
immediately he left. Kyom ho jatatha e kal aaj nahi kal kabhi na kabhi e jaanae
vala hain. Aur aahi gaya hain kumse kum saat din ka samay main muje tayyari
karloon. Aur saat din keliye aisa kaha jata hain shaastro main ke hafte main saat
din hota hain humere koyi din jana hume saatva din main sehe jaayeng. Agar jana
hain to ravi var ko jaaye Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday jo be e saat din
me sehe jaana hain and we have some time may be at our disposal so daily please
you may not visit cemetery or atleast in them orning you should remember
smashaan ko yaad karo [everyone laughs along with Maharaj]. Ekh din vaha sona
hain. Eisa bilkul nahi hain ke exceptions nahi hain. Aur kab sona padega ho pata
nahi hain. Eisa na sochiye nahi humare baal safed nahi huhain abhi pacchaas saal
hain. Bhagavaan kare aap ko sou saal de. Kitana mele to ek second na mele.
Humne dekha ho building me kitane log kaam karne keliye gaye honge aur kitane
uniki soach vichaar honge and within no time within 20 minutes ho card ka sug
jaise neeche baitgaya hain. This is our life. Aur e life hone se Parikshit Maharaj se
hume itinahe seek le jaise bhi inner within no time he just left everything started
fasting. Humare ko marna hota hum bhole pahle rasagulla kaloon bad main
dekhenge [everyone laughs]. That is our fiber humara fiber hain. Hume jana hain
banalo first class dokle patre kya bhi. Please please please you have to control. So
kum kata hain woh gum kata hain hamesha. Hum ho gum kana hain shaant
rehana hain. So you have to reduce your intake. Kum kane vala hi gum ka sakta
hain jyada kane vala hamesha tam me rahega. Kyomki usi tabiyat he aise nahi
rahege. Hamesha badtahi rehata hain. Shyaad e aaj coffee to aate hain biscuits aa
rahe hain hamare India main pav vada aata hain [Maharaj laughs] bahuth prakaar
aata hain aane do pav vada aane do beed ittna pada huha hain ussme aur ekh
jyada [Maharaj laughs]. Chalna nahi kuch nahi baitna hain araam se aane do aane
do aane do. This is our condition. Please he na kare. Shastro ki e shiksha nahi
hain. Phela kuch hua shareer main to muh bandh karna hain. Ekto bolna nahi
jyada kisi ko gusse main kuch. Mann chalta hi nahi hain aur gusse kaiko.
E hune hamare Mathane accha kehate hain bacche inke bacche kahate hain inko ki
tu fikkar kyom karte hain. Krishna pe barosa nahi hain tere ko . Krishna will do
everything. He is very correct. Bus tu kya uchee neeche ho rahi ho. This is our
way. Hamre ko bhagavan pe shradha nahi hain. Aur Shradha hain to kum hain.
Hume chahta hain ke main karna chahta hoo. Maye e karoonge maye karoonge …..
aur uska begad dete hain sabb. Parikshit Maharaj ne e seeka hain fixed in God.
Mout Aagaya hain usko tayare kar lo. Aur before kyonki e prakyaat raja hain jo
sabi ko pata chala hain Parikshit Maharaj ko mruthyu aaraha hain to bade bade
saints sages sabb aagaya hain vaha including Vyasa dev and everybody. To aagaya
sab saints and sages to before Sukadev swami came Parikshit Maharaj told him that
what he wants
S.B. 1.19.16
Punas ca bhuyaad bhagavaty anante / Ratih prasangas ca tad-aasrayeshu
Mahatsu yaamm yaam upayaami srushtimm / Maitry astu sarvatra namo
dvijebhyah
“Again, offering obeisances unto all you braahmanas, I pray that if I should
again take my birth in the material world I will have complete attachment to
the unlimited Lord Krsna, association with His devotees and friendly relations
with all living beings.” (S.B. 1.19.16)
Punas ca bhuyaad – he says I am definite that because my life is sinful so I will
have to come back again. Punah means again edi mujhe aanahi pade ga “punas ca
bhuyaad” so please bhagavan tu muje ittina dena “bhagavaty anante” tera taruf
mera aakarshan ho amesha. E phele bath bhagavan ko mange inhone before
Sukadev swami came. Phir dusri baath mange hain inhone “ratih prasangas ca tad-
aasrayeshu” ratih means attraction mera aakarshan hamesha “tad-aasrayeshu”
tera jo aasraya lete hain unke taruf mera aakarshan ho. Bhaktoke sang mere ko –
e dusri bath karne hain. Aur teesri baath inhone kahe hain ki main “maitry astu
sarvatra namo dvijebhyah” mujhe maitrya chahe friend in relations with
everybody. Equal relations with everybody. Aur Bhagavatam me kaha hain Friend
in relations and equal relations main bahuth hume care lene hain. To hum kya
kehata hain kabhi mujhe equal hona hain sabi ke saat koyi intimate karna nahi
intimate relationships hojate hain. Under the name of friendly relations hume
intimate hojata hain Bhagavatam me e na kaha hain. You have own relationships
very workable relationships with everybody no intimacy. Intimacy me aur katara
hain. This has got to be digested. Nahi to equality hain to kabi sum rehana hain
Samo sarveshu bhuteshu, maitry astu sarvatra e shiksha hain shastronka .
Hum I am every equal/equality to everybody. Aur equal hota nahi hain kahi
intimacy relationships hojata hain. To aisana kare please. Try and these equalities
will definitely appear in you automatically provided your unflinching faith in
shastras and Krishna. Then you go through it again and again and Krishna will
give you intelligence.
BG 10.10
Tesaam satata-yuktaanaam bhajataam priti-purvakam
Dadaami bhudhi-yogam tam yena maam upayaanti te
“To those who are constantly devoted to serving Me with love, I give
the understanding by which they can come to Me.” (BG 10.10)
This point we should never forget or overlook. We have to be very careful about
this. Siksha shaatro main already hain how to change our life styles depends upon
us. Sune aap jaise sunrahe hain vaise then try yourself. Kab karenge hum. We
already travelling in the aeroplanes we already in the vulnerable situation and we
don’t know when we have to end our life. So get to this point that everything good
auspicious thing must assemble in your life.
hamesha mangal cheese hamare jeevan main ho amangal hamarese door bhag
jayenge. Kahe mere e jevan hain issme saare acche buri cheese hain hamesha aati
rahenge. But boore ko be aap mangal karlo. Jo hame lagta hain bara bar nahi hain
usko be mangal kardo. That we can do.
Yoga Karma sukha aushadam. Heh kaushal hain. This is art of living in the human
life where we don’t create enemies at all. We don’t misunderstand at all. Because
of our whole attention is to Krishna. We don’t have any time. And thus by creating
amicable relationships with everybody and whatever time is saved should be
invested in the pages of Bhagavatam. Otherwise hume relationships accha rakhte
hain and we spoil our time. Hume ho no kare. This is a greatest danger. We may
go half a road but other half we don’t take. Then you won’t achieve anything. In
order to achieve the favor of the Supreme Absolute Truth Krishna the whole thing
has got to be together. As soon as you do this your style improved and this way
Parikshit Maharaj asked and fortunately Sukha dev swami walked in and the whole
bhagavatam is recited. In this way whole episode should be understood, chewed,
digested and the end result is our own behavior should improve. Then Kunti comes
into picture again. Krishna wants to leave after sometime he was in hastinapur and
wanted to go to Dwaraka. He was ready and in the meantime Kunti came and
when Kunti came she wanted to pray Krishna you know. She knew what they have
done. In her prayers she is very nice you know.
S.B 1.8.23
Yathaa hrishikesha khalena devaki / Kamsena rudhaaticiram
sucaarpitaa
Vimochitaham ca sahaatmajaa vibho / Tvayaiva naathena muhur
vipad-ganaat
O Hrsikesa, master of the senses and Lord of lords, You have released Your
mother, Devaki, who was long imprisoned and distressed by the envious
King Kamsa, and me and my children from a series of constant dangers.
“So many times You have saved me with my children, again and again we are
experiencing so many difficulties and You have always saved us.”
It is not only Kunti devi, it is we also with so many difficulties we have saved us.
Otherwise, so can an aero plane with bit of fuel can hang in itself in air and travel
very fast and we go from continent to continent. It’s not possible unless Krishna is
merciful. Always in Aircraft all these things are present. The fuel is there highly
combustion, then electricity is there, water is there and all these things they are
enemy each other. How long does it take for an electricity to have a short circuit to
complete destroy? Always and in every second of our existence we depend upon
his mercy. Last January we were very happy and proud because we have to
perform the foundation laying ceremony for our temple in Dwaraka that day and we
have Ratha Yatra on 26th January, so we were all very happy and so many
preparations going on. Exactly at about 8:30 He started to show His might. And so
it was horrible earth quake immediately the whole town was chanting Dwarkadish
Dwarkadish and we heard a big noise you know. So I thought truck might be
passing on the road. So I am hearing the noise. Immediately the whole building
started moving and we had a big pit for the foundation, I thought this building is
going into the pit now. And everything will be completely destroyed. This is our
position. And within half an hour when it stops people completely forgotten. They
opened their shops and forgot. This is our nature. Till He shows his might we
chant His names and as soon as He stops we back to square one. This should
never happen. Every time we should remember that there is a possibility of
earthquake as it is we are sucking so much of oil from the bed millions of barrels
are coming out. So there is an imbalance and that imbalance has to be corrected.
So these things inevitably we have created by our sins. In America everywhere you
see the pump going on anywhere you know particularly in California area and
millions of barrels are coming out. And that area is very vulnerable for the earth
quake. There is His plan, we don’t know His plan but we are committing so many
sins.
As soon as we start remembering Him helplessly you will be very simple. As soon
as the simplicity is there half of the miseries will be over. This is the only answer.
From today we should all try at least in the Purshotham maas to very simple and
create this habit and you will be feeling less miserable conditions. The more simple
you are the more happy you will become and the material situations they will not
bite you. Otherwise if there is no simplicity and if there is no Krishna in our heart
and the house and then miseries will multiply. This is the solution. Kunti devi did
this and that’s why she remembers him. In the first 2 verses she describes Him
Krishna you know just now we heard the whole prayer. So it’s a beautiful prayer
please find out time and go through these verses. The first 5 verses are very easy
you can just chant now and we will see how beautiful they are.
First verse SB 1.8.18
Kunty uvaaca
Namasye purusham tvaadyam / ishavaram prakrteh param
Alakshyam sarva-bhutaanaam / antar bahir avasthitam
First line, You are the aadi purush. You are the original purush, enjoyer. If He is
the original enjoyer it becomes our duty to server Him and offer Him everything.
He is the enjoyer. What we are doing at the moment that without offering to Him
we are trying to enjoy. We can’t do it. This is the Kunti Devi realization. Kunti Devi
being woman is completely straight forward and in very simple terms she describes
what Krishna is. Sing please “Namasye pursham tvaadyam …”
It is very easy to understand. Please read the translation.
Srimati Kunti said: O Krishna, I offer my obeisances unto You because You
are the original personality and are unaffected by the qualities of the
material world. You are existing both within and without everything, yet You
are invisible to all.
This is our first verse. “Alakshyam sarva-bhutaanaam” – He is not seen and even
then “antar bahir avasthitam” He is situated inside as a super soul in everybody
and not only that you are situated in the body inside but outside also in the form of
water, air, sky, all these are His energies.
“Bhoomir apor nalor vayu kam mano bhudhir evacha”
He is so important, you should remember one thing that when we take rest include
your soul everything will be inactive. When we wake up it is the mercy of super
soul that we are waking up, every day we are dying at night or during the day. We
are in the habit of during day also taking rest, everytime you sleep everything goes
away, your senses, your mind, your soul everything goes away, inactive. Only
super soul is awake and He helps you to get up. Otherwise He decides that today
you should not get up, you will have eternal sleep. So please always remember
unless He wakes us up we can’t touch our own riches - bank balances. Because
you love our bank balances very much. But you should remember unless the Super
soul helps us in the morning our bank balances is also nil. When you wake up then
you will see the bank book or if you have any or whatever, this is how. In order to
us also to enjoy material life it is the help required from the Super soul.
In the second verse SB 1.8.19:
Maayaa-javanikaacchannam / ajnnaadhoksajam avyayam
Na lakshyase mudha-drshaa / nato naatyadharo yathaa

irreproachable factor covered by the curtain of deluding energy. You are invisible
to the foolish observer, exactly as an actor dressed as a player is not recognized.
“You are covered – aacchannam by Maya – curtain of maya.” Maharaj and
everybody recited the 3 slokas and their translations.
Third verse SB: 1.8.20:
Tathaa paramahamsaanaam / muninaam amalaatmanaam
Bhakti-yoga-vidhaanaartham / katham pashyema hi striyah
“You Yourself descend to propagate the transcendental science of devotional
service unto the hearts of the advanced transcendentalists and mental
speculators, who are purified by being able to discriminate between matter
and spirit. How, then, can we woman know Your perfectly?”
This is the question asked by Kunti Devi, she said that we don’t understand the
complications of matter, spirit and devotional service. So please tell us some very
easy way how we can understand you. Then there is how she says herself in the
next verse how simply we can remember Krishna.
Just go on recite these 5 verses only and this should be your prayer. That’s we are
reciting. Purshotham maas could be very nicely celebrated this these 5 verses only.
There are 25 verses at all and more than that, but these 5 verses will make you a
nice prayer. Please all repeat.
When in Sanskrit aham is there, there is a bit of care we have to take, when we
pronounce, first close your lips please and then you vibrate. The vibration is
Krishna. Sound representation of Krishna, so when we pray we have to be very
careful about it, we are dealing with Krishna actually. In OM, we chant very nicely.
By this sound your mentally deranged corrected. It’s non-different, pranava sarva
vedheshu. In all the Vedas I am pranava, He says, Krishna says. Wherever we are
going to look for Him Pranava Sarva Vedheshu is a just change OM. And as soon as
you chant pleasingly this vibration is non-different than Krishna. He is vasudev, all
pervading, so this transcendental sound vibration gives us the feeling and the
presence of Krishna then further it is described in the pages of Bhagavad-gita that
not only OM we have to chant but “om itihi aksharam vyaharan” vibrated –
vyaharan and maam anushmaran and remember me. That is the main thing. Mere
OM may not help us it becomes bit of impersonality but if you remember Him then
it is full and this one Narada muni gives us 12 letter mantra
“om namo bhagavate vasudevaya om namo bhagavate vasudevaya om namo
bhagavate vasudevaya” and this is the mantra helped Druvu Maharaj to attain the
Supreme Personality of Godhead within few months. If the boy of five years could
earn Krishna in few months within a few years why can’t we attain? But we don’t
concentrate on these things. We should have only knowledge upto this limit, we
don’t want to be jnaanis, but our knowledge must convince us the important of
these vibrations and what is the affect of those vibrations, Druva Maharaj was
completely distributed because his step mother didn’t allow him to go near his
father and sit his lap, where Suruchi’s son was sitting in the lap of Uttanapad and
Druva Maharaj thought that because he was there I also want to go sit on the
fathers lap. So he approached the father and she was very sarcastically very angry
with him. Druva Maharaj being five years old boy he did not understand much but
he definitely knew there is something wrong somewhere and she is very angry with
me. What can a boy do? He went to Suneeti his mother and before he complaint,
Suneeti knew everything. But since Suneeti knew that she was not liked by the
King and Suruchi liked by the King so there is no end to this difficulties for Druva
Maharaj. She had a full idea but she couldn’t do anything and Suruchi somehow or
other in anger gave very nice instruction to Druva Maharaj that you go to the
forest, you mediate and when Krishna is pleased with you and that by His grace
you come to my womb and take birth again and you will be able to sit and near
your father. So she said, she thought how to teach this young boy what is the
correct thing? This is the most important part of Druva Maharaj’s instruction. The
whole story is very clear about it because the King has 2 wives one was very dear
and one was not that dear and both of them had sons the elder one Suruchi had
Uttama and Suneeti had Druva. Now Druva had difficulty to approach his own
father and he was running back to mother and mother was helpless.
Verse SB 4.8.17
Dirgham svasanti vrjinasya paaram / apshyati baalakam aaha baalaa
Maamangalam taata paresu mamsthaa / bhunkte jano yat para-duhkadas
tat
“She also was breathing very heavily, and she did not know the factual
remedy for the painful situation. Not finding any remedy, she said to her
son: My dear son, don’t wish for anything in-auspicious for others. Anyone
who inflicts pains upon others suffers himself from that pain.”
In that difficult situation also the vedic mother doesn’t misguide the child. There is
mother’s responsibility children hear more from the mother, they learn more from
mother. So Druva went to mother and she didn’t understand, she knew vrijnasya
param, vrijnasya means difficulties there is no end to these difficulties, it will again
and again they will occur because I am not liked by the King and Druvu being my
son will always have these difficulties. So she said vrijnasya param apshyati “she
couldn’t see how these difficulties could be over, apshyati baalakam aaha baalaa –
baalakam to her own son she said, and she gave a very nice instruction in these
two lines, this is Bhagavatam. You have to go to the heart of the story and take
out the real instruction to improve our own fiber or own existence. This is
Bhagavata Saptaha. Otherwise mere repeating of the stories or bhajans or kirtans
will may not take us that further. We are all intelligent living beings and because
of our intelligence we want some food for our intelligence and this is the food from
Bhagavatam for our own intelligence.
She said “Maamangalam taata paresu mamsthaa”, only five words are there. Maa
amangalam – please don’t hink any inauspicious thing for the other living entity,
you mother. She has hurt you but it’s the duty of the sane living entity that he
should not be thinking any inauspicious thing about any living entity. We cannot do
any harm to any other living entity.
This is Ram’s kingdom “Rama Rajya” here He rules and in His rule he loves every
living entity. Every living entity is part and parcel of Him and because every living
entity is part and parcel of Him, He will never allow us to harm any living entity.
Whatever happens - happens with His own permission, he knows what is
happening. So and this teaching please remember “Maamangalam taata paresu
mamsthaa” – don’t desire any inauspicious thing for any other living entity. This is
the way our existence must be improved. Otherwise every time we have some
opposition, some living entity tries to harm us and we become enemy and no that is
completely barred in Bhagavatam. That is the human existence. The dog can’t
understand, as soon as one dog barks other barks. You know it can’t stop, but we
can stop. One dog is barking the other dogs will stop. We are not dog level. If you
start barking then you are the dog platform. Who likes to be at dog’s platform? No
otherwise you will be kicked. This is the main thing to be understood. There was
one sadhu you know, he was walking on a village road and dog was barking at him.
So sadhu started running, dog was running and Krishna was in Goluka Vrindavan
and grazing his cows. He saw that sadhu is in difficulty I must go and save him.
So He prepared Himself to go, after while He sat down on a stone, His friends ……
Krishna are You mad You are standing and sitting again. What happened? My
devotee is in difficulty. Why did you not go then? He said I will tell afterward.
Then what happened in the mean time sadhu picked up a stone to beat the dog. So
Krishna thought that now finished, he doesn’t need me and then he said to the boys
and now two dogs are fighting. There is no sadhu and a dog. So please don’t let
Krishna regard us a dog. No retaliation. “Maamangalam taata paresu mamsthaa”
please don’t in dream also you don’t think any inauspicious thing to any living
entity. Everybody has to suffer or enjoy according to his/her own karma’s and
Krishna will decide their enjoyment and suffering. Who are we to decide? What
authority we have? We don’t have any authority and unnecessarily we think that I
am the controller and that’s why we think so many inauspicious things about other
living entities. You please leave alone; everybody has to answer the reactions of
his/her own karma. This Suneeti knew every well and that’s why she is known as
su-neeti “good morality”. These are the teachings of the morality. So please don’t
poke your nose in Krishna’s business. Otherwise He will cut your nose. As we don’t
like, you know the minute you mind your own business don’t poke your nose here.
There He says you mind your own business and don’t poke in my business. Please
stop this and in the last line this gives the universal teachings of Bhagavatam.
These two lines are very important in Bhagavatam and particularly Druva
Maharaja’s incident. We may learn so many things from his life but this is the main
instruction. So please completely purify your mind. “bilkul pavitra kardo aapka
dimaag” e dimaag mein koyi gandi cheese matt rakho. Koyi gandi cheese matt
rakho. Aap dimaga mein gande cheese rakhoge to aapka chehra ganda ho jayega.
Aur chehra batade appaka dimag mein kya chal rahahai. O chehra bol eta hain.
Aap chupa nahi sakte. The mind is the mirror. Aapka dimag mein kya chal rahahai
gadabade O aapke chehre se pata chal jata hain. So please genuinely try this that
always any inauspicious idea should be thrown like a scrap. e fhekhdo, e kachara
hain, kachara hum rakhte nahi hain ghar mein, kachara jama karke hum fhek dete
hain. Kachara mein bimaree aajate hain. Kachara jitana jyada hoga itina bimaree
ho jayege. Aur utana jyada museebate badege. E kachara mat rakho mann mein.
Jo hain woh seeda seeda hain. Humare life bilkul seedi hain. Humare koy kone
nahi hain idhar udhar. Bilkul seeda hain. Woh jitana seeda hoga utana clean karne
mein bada aasaan hoga. E dimag kachada keliye nahi hain. Kyonki e dimag kali
Krishna leela keliye hain. Ismein aur doosara kuch na rakho. Krishna ke kitane past
times hain Ram ke kitane past times hain, anekh incarnations hain, anekh prasang
hain Bhagavatam mein, Kaha humare ko samay, kahe kachada keliye koyi kona
hain aapke dimag mein? Koyi nahin hain fhekhdo. Eh Suneeti ne kaha hain aur phir
last line mein e reason dete hain e kyom aisa karna hain. Hume kyom nahi bura
sochana hain all living entities keliye. Aur jeevon keliye humne kyom bura nahi
sochana hain? To maa e sikhsha derahe hain. So please e yaad rako hamesha
“bhunkte jano yat para-duhkadas tat”. Bhunkte means they suffer, jann – means
these living entities, the living entities were trying to inflict misery on others they
suffer themselves. Pehla woh unka peeda hoti hain, doosroko jo peeda dete hain
woh kudh sehate hain e. Unko sehanedo. That’s it. Don’t do anything, don’t think
about it. Aap itanahi karo woh samay aap bachalo, aur bacha kar Bhagavatam mein
invest kardo, yah Bhagavad-gita mein kardo, yah temple mein chale javo, yah
aapki prardhana room mein chale jaaye, vaha aap chanting karlo. O samay jo bach
raha hain in bato se, O samay ismein daal do. That is the way to be very happy in
this material world. Otherwise, “dhukhalayam ashaasvatam” e jo life hain e bilkul
ashaasvat hain, temporary hain, aur not only temporary is a full of misery. E misery
door karneke vaasta e Druva Maharaj ke maa ne bataya aur paanch varsh ka
balako bataya. Aur isne socha liya aur usne iske baadhbe kaha hain, tere matane jo
kaha tu vaisehe karr. Mata ne kaha hain tu jungal mein jaa aur bhagavanko
prasanna kar le. Tu jaa chale jaa. That mother is a real mother nahi to koyi doosre
hote to be paanch sal ka baccha kaha jayega, mayyi rakhloom. NO. She said you
go and try to find out Krishna and this is Druva Maharaj. Because of chanting then
Narada muni met him raaste mein. Narada muni bad mein kahate tu chota baccha
hain tereko e sab sehana chahiye. Tereko maan apamaan ka kya badi bath hain.
Tereko kuch nahi karna chahiye. Jaa, tu Suruchi se maafi maangle. Druva
Maharaj, aapke siksha bara bar hain magar mere steel alag hain. I am of different
steel. Mujhe nahi chalega yeh. Mujhe to bagavan ko prapti karne hain. Druda
nichai deka iska determination dekha hain pakka nichai iska, dekho yeh maha
mantar ka e mantar dediya. Om namo bhagavate vaasudevaya. Jaa baccha, you
repeat it and you will achieve. Phir Druva Maharaj jaane ke badh austerity deki yeh
heh tapa kitana accha kiya hain bacche ne. Hum yeh copy nahi kar sakenge. Aur
kuch na kuch karna hain. Pehale e bichara jo patte jaad ke patte o todke kaletata.
Usise chala liya ekh mehna chala liya hain aur kudh baitgaya dhyan mein. Phir baad
mein usko laga e todna padata hain jama karna padata hain aur kana padata hain.
Heh bahuth time mein issme. Doosra mehne mein kali jo patte neeche girjata hain
wohi leke kaajatata. Phir ekh mehana eisa nikal gaya. Phir isko laga hain e patte
ko jama karne mein aur kane mein bahut time lag jata hain, hume paani peekar
rahaloonga. To pane peekar reha gaya teesra mehane. Bhagavan ka dhyan na
choda. Phir isko phani penabhi mushkil bath ho jati hain. Kyonki uttana samay
chala jata hain. Phanibhi bandh kardiya chowdha mehane mein. Phir saans lekar
chaltaraha. Aur saans se humara jeevan chal sakta hain. Saas aur Saans do shabh
hain humare [Maharaj laughs]. Saans bhi badi priya hain aur saas bhi badi priya
hain. Hum idhar saas ke bare mein nahi bath kar rahe hain. Hum Saans ki kar
rahe hain. So we breathe in and we can survive. Yeh Breath se bhi chalte rahiti
hain. To Yeh jab eisa bhi usne dekha breath se bhi kaam ho raha hain to doosare
sabh bath bandh kar di. Kehane ka matlab he hain ki bhagavan keliye kuch na kuch
chodane ki avshyaktha hain. Aur isliye purshotham maas hey bada pavitra hain.
Isme kuch na kuch tyag karne ki avshyaktha hain. Kuch Kuch niyam lelo. Ey
mehane main ey nahi karenge. Doosra hey niyam ho na ho ittana karo ey mehane
main aapke dimaag mein koyi buri bath na aye. Kisike bare mein ninda na aye
aapki mann mein. Kiske bare mein koyi amangal vichaar na aye. Ittana to kariye.
Ey mehana dimaag ko saaf karne ko prayathan kare. Aur ey mehnath karenge aap.
May be you will continue. Kyoki issme bada satisfaction hain. Santosh .. jitana
jyada santosh rahega uttana jyada kaam hota rahega. Please kuch na kuch kare ye
purshotham maas ka upayog kare. Yeh bath hain ke dekhe ye aur iski vaje se Kunti
ne jo apne diya hain unki jaisa kisine nahi diya hain. Aur jab asaan diya to inhone
doonde aur ab main kaisa prayatha na karoo tu jitana bada aadmi hain tu to matter
hain material manifestation kiya hain tune adhyatmika shrusti bhi kiya hain. How
we can attain to it? Aur doosre slokh mein ye bada asaan rasta bata rahe hain.

material world. You are existing both within and without everything, yet You
are invisible to all.

Na laksyase mudha-drsaa / nato naatyadharo yathaa
Being beyond the range of limited sense perception, You are the
eternally irreproachable factor covered by the curtain of deluding energy.
You are invisible to the foolish observer, exactly as an actor dressed as a
player is not recognized.

Bhakti-yoga-vidhaanaartham / katham pasyema hi striyah
You Yourself descend to propagate the transcendental science of
devotional service unto the hearts of the advanced transcendentalists and
mental speculators, who are purified by being able to discriminate between
matter and spirit. How, then, can we women know You perfectly?

My respectful obeisances are unto You, O Lord, whose abdomen is
marked with a depression like a lotus flower, who are always decorated with
garlands of lotus flowers, whose glance is as cool as the lotus and whose
feet are engraved with lotuses.
Krishna ke bare me ye ekh yaadh rakhne hain. Inkke sambandh mein jo bhi kuch
aa jata hain ye sabh adhyatmik hojata hain. It is turned into spiritual matter. His
garland is also spiritual. His bedstege is also spiritual. His umber (petamber) is
also spiritual. Everything becomes spiritual. Not only is that, but mrdanga which
we perform in kirtan also spiritual. That’s why we pay obeisances to mrdanga also.
The living entities who run after Krishna also they loose the material inabilities.
They also become spiritual. Please, this is the easiest way to become spiritual from
the material rut. And that’s why we insist the remembarance must continue. Srila
Prabhupada has written in so many places there only these 2 verses will take you
back to Godhead. The only 2 verses this “Krishnaya vaasudevaya…..” and
“namah pankaja-naabhaaya…” please chant loudly.
Maharaj made everyone to recite these 5 verses (1.8.18 to 1.8.22) very loudly.

know. There are 12 mahajanas, Svayambhu, Narada, Shambhu these are 3 in the
first line. Svayambhu means Bramha, self born. Bramha phela mahajan hain. Aur
ye mahajan ka matalabh ye hain inko sabh pata hain aur ye bhagavan ke ananya
bhakta hain. Isme phela number Bramha ka ata hain. Narada, doosara, Shambhu
– Shiva bhagavan. Aur ananya bhakta hone se inko kahe parajay nahi hain. Ye
hamesha safal hote rahate hain.
“Krishneti naam yasya vaachi pravartate / Labhostesham
jivastesham”
– Krishna ka naam jiska jivha per hain usko hamesh labh hota hain. Inka hamesh
jai hota hain. Please prakruti ke museebatonse himaat na hare. Himatt rakeye.
Himatt se mseebat jaise aatehain yaise nekal jate hain.
Aagam apaye na aaye – iska nature hain. Museebatonka swabav hain ye. Ye
aagam ye aati hain to aane wala aate hain jo jane wala jate hain. Aap yaha aaye
ho, aap jane hi wale ho. Jo aata hain o jatahi hain. Hamaara janma huha hain
hume mrutyu hai he. Noboby… aapko million dollars ho, accha makhan ho, sab
family acchi ho you can not survive long. Jo aata hain O hamesha jata hain. Ye iska
nature hain. To tu gabraya na bhil kul gabraya na, bhagavan ka naam bada de,
bhagavan ka sharan, smarana bada do aap bhool ja hoge museebatonko. Museebat
ye nahi hain aise ho jayege. Ye practical instruction hain shastronki. Doosara kuch
na kare jitene jyada museebatho utana jyada Krishna ke taraf jao. Jab kaliya naag
ne phani bigada diyata Jamuna ka, aur phani pee kar go baal gaay sab margaye te,
to unhone Krishna ne taraf dhyan diya ta. Kyonki hamareko ye bachane wala hain
hamesha Krishna per nirbal te. Kyonki unka ekh hi aasarata, to Indra ne gusse ho
gaya ta. Kya kiya ta bhagavan ne, O yagna bandh kar diya ta. Indra yagna ko, ye
Indra yagna kar dete nanda maharaj etc. To unko poocha Krishna ji ne kya bath
chali hain to badi tayyari chali. To yaha Indra ka yagna hain usko shanti kari do, o
barish deta hain. To Bhagavan ne kaha hain isse to govan ka pooja kare hum
govardhan ka hill ke pooja kare isse humara faiyda hoga. Inhone yagna bandh
karvadiya. Indra bade gussa hogaya hain. Aur issne bahut bada badal samvartak
badal kehete hain usko, o badal ka naam saamvartak hain jab ye pralay hone wala
hote hain na jab he baadal aata hain. Ye chod diya usne, chod diya to ittana barish
raat din hone lage to sab inaundate hogaya phani se. Gaay marne lage, gobe
marne lage kyonki inka assha ta hain Krishna. Ye bage Krishna ke paas. Krishna
dekha Indra ko sabak sikana padane padega, immediately he took out and pick up
the Govardhan hill on His last finger of the left hand. Ye Krishna ke reet hain.
Girivaradhari. Bhakto ki dukh door karne keliye ye giri bhi uta lete hain. To Gopoko
esa laga ke chota bacche saat saal ka ungli tang hojaye ge ittana baar to lakade
rakane lage sabhi. Unko jara jao help karne mein. Humare vaisa dasha hote hain.
Kyonki o balak hain, bala Krishna. Bala Krishna ka bajan bada accha hota hain.
Karara vindena padara vindam / mukhara vinde viniveshandam
vatashya patrashya puteshayanam / balam mukhundam manasa smarame
Bas yehi karne ki reet hain. Jitana jyada museebatho – balam mukhundam manasa
smarame. Koyi bade museebat nahi hain inkeliye. Ye giriko pakadakar rakh sakta
hain inka rakshan kaliye raat din pakad ke rakha. How merciful He is? Ittina
merciful Krishna ko choda kar hum kaha bage? Kahi Australia aagaya hain, yaha bhi
museebat hain. Fijise le vaha bhi museebat hain, America jaa vaha bhi museebat
hain aur takleef bhi hain. Mein humesha chocha ta America bilkul heaven hain,
vaha bhi hume dekh liya o plane ka plane sabh high raised building mein chela jata
hain. Kahi kahi nahi reha sakta hain hum. Ye Krishna ka iccha ho tohi raksha karta
hain. Aur vahi baat Bishma dev ne humesha jindagi me dekiye. Bishma dev ke bare
mein hume jante hain o Ganga putra Bishma dev. Santan ye romeo hi na. Romeo
juliat suna nahi aap, ye romeo humesha jamuna kinare me gumta rehata, bahut
bada raja ta. Sundar sharir ta javaan ta. Aur gumraha ta koyi macchi pakadne
keliye. Usne ganga dekhe, aur Ganga ko madat karne ti ye vasusko, inko saap
milata aapko prudhvi per janm lena padega to ye bade gabaragaye. To inhone
indiki huye jara mild saap dedo. Inko saap mild kar diya gaya koye bhi aap ko
janm lena pade pur aapko maar dega to aapko uddaar ho jayega. Kyon inhone
gaay churayete aur doosara vasuvone madat ke. Esa vasu vonko janma lena hi
hain prudhvi per o saap ta. To jab he inko janm hi lena hain dekhe konsi ma ye
kaam kare jo hamare ko pheda hote hi maar dale. Inho ne dekha Ganga barabar
hain. Ye kardege sab. To ganga ji ke paas gaye aur kaha humare madat kare.
Please humare ko marna hain. Janma to lena hain, immediately hume marna hain.
Accha kabool Karliya Ganga maaye ne. Niche hagaye to ye romeo goomraha ta
paidal. Aur pahale heavenly planets me bhi ye jaa sakta ta. To isko dekh kar e to
pani pani hogaya sundarata ko dekhe. You know Bhagavatam me shlokh hain ke
butter aur fire makhan aur agni dono saat nahi reha sakte hain. Fire aajaye to
makhan aise hi pigal jata hain [Maharaj makes fun] bait jata hain neeche. Aap koun
se isaab mein ho kya hain aap ki dasha mujhe pata nahi hain. Aur Bhagavatam me
aisa kaha hain aap to bade acche aadmi ho aap makhan jaisa pigal nahi jata hain.
Dekhe ye saat sou passengers hote hain ye aeroplane mein, ek do beautiful
