Terms and Conditions Bigs are expected to be mentors to new members of Circle K at UC Riverside, where Bigs will aid in introducing members to the organization and at times adjusting them to college life. It is the responsibility of Bigs to help in the guidance of Little(s), and encourage positive and exemplary activities within Circle K. In order to apply to be a Big, applicants must have been a paid member within Circle K for at least two quarters and must currently be a paid member. Previous Bigs are eligible to apply again to be a Big and pick up new Littles. Listed below are the responsibilities of Bigs: Encourage Little(s) to be active and involved with Circle K and attend one kind of each event (social, service project, etc.) Provide a personal and supportive environment for Little(s) Remind Little(s) about events Coordinate a meeting with Little(s) at least once a quarter outside of Circle K Attend Big/Little Socials Communicate with and update the Membership & Development Education Chair Bigs are encouraged to attend Membership & Development Education Committee meetings in order retain good communication standing. *Bigs will be able to request Littles until a deadline, otherwise they will be assigned in accordance to major and interests.
