Learning Outcomes: BC BIGS In becoming a part of BC BIGS, our hope is that BC students will be able to: 

articulate an area of personal growth that has occurred as a result of being a mentor. share one Big‐Little interaction or experience that indicates the value of a mentoring relationship in a Little's life. First Year Service Program By participating in the First Year Service Program, students will be able to:  articulate at least one thing they have learned about themselves as a result of their service experience.  identify at least two social issues or challenges that they encountered in their service through the FYSP.
