There are three sections: 1. A Spiritual Gifts Assessment. 2. A Personality Inventory. And 3. A Ministry Inventory.
Follow the instructions for each section, record your results, and explore the various ways to partner at Storehouse!

Spiritual Gift
Directory
A = Administration (Efficiency)
Anointing for
organizing, planning, bringing order out of chaos; coordinating
and developing strategies to reach identified goals; bringing
efficiency and effectiveness.
Scripture: Luke 14:28-30; Acts 6:1-7.
AA = Apostleship / Missions (New
Ministries)
Anointing for pioneering new ministries/churches,
ministering to the unreached in other cultures or communities,
having authority and vision; entrepreneurial and adventurous.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 12:28;
Ephesians 2:20.
C = Craftsmanship (Skill)
Anointing for creatively
designing/constructing items for use in ministry; skillful use of
tools and materials (wood, cloth, paint, metal, etc.); practical,
resourceful, and creative. Scripture: Exodus
31:1-11
CC = Creative Communication / Music
(Artistic Expression)
Anointing for using art forms to
communicate the gospel: drama, writing, art, music, etc.;
expressive, imaginative, artistic, unconventional, uses variety
and creativity. Scripture: 2 Samuel 6:14-15.
D = Discernment (Clarity)
Anointing for distinguishing
truth from error; identifying deception and motives in others
accurately, perceptive, insightful, intuitive, challenging,
decisive, and truthful.
Scripture: Acts 5:1-4; 1 Corinthians
12:10.
E = Encouragement (Exhortation)
Anointing for
presenting the truth to comfort, strengthen, reassure, urge
others to action, motivate, affirm, support, and encourage
confidence in God’s will. Scripture: Acts
11:22-24.
EE = Evangelism / Exhortations (The Good
News)
Anointing for sharing the gospel with unbelievers so
they respond; seeking out the lost, challenging unbelievers to
faith in Christ, candid, sincere, persuasive, and confident.
Scripture: Acts 8:26-38.
F = Faith (Confidence)
Anointing for acting on God’s
promises with confidence; believe and inspire others to
believe, move forward when others won’t; inspiring, optimistic,
trusting, and hopeful. Scripture: Hebrews 11:13.
G = Giving (Resources)
Anointing for giving money and
resources for the work of the Lord cheerfully and liberally; may
have ability to make money, stewardship focus, disciplined,
charitable, and resourceful. Scripture: Luke
21:1-4.
H = Helps (Support)
Anointing for doing practical and
necessary tasks which support and meet other’s needs,
serving behind the scenes, available, willing, loyal, and
dependable. Scripture: Colossians 4:7-8.
HH = Hospitality (Acceptance)
Anointing for caring
for people via fellowship, food, shelter; creating a safe,
comfortable environment where others feel welcomed; friendly,
gracious, inviting, and warm. Scripture: Acts
16:14-15.
I = Intercession (Protection)
Anointing for praying
consistently for others, and seeing frequent and specific
results; feeling compelled to pray; awareness of spiritual
leading and battles; an advocate, caring, sincere, and a
peacemaker. Scripture: 1Timothy 2:1-2.
K = Knowledge (Awareness)
Anointing for operating
with revelation of truth, unusual biblical insight, searching the
scriptures, inquisitive, responsive, observant, insightful,
reflective, studious, and truthful. Scripture: Mark
2:6-8.
L = Leadership (Direction)
Anointing for casting
vision, motivating and directing people to fulfill God’s purposes,
presenting “big picture,” establish goals, visionary, diligent,
influential, and trustworthy. Scripture: Luke
22:25-26.
M = Mercy (Care)
Anointing for helping the suffering,
needy or oppressed; expressing love, grace and dignity to
those in hardship; empathetic, compassionate, sensitive, kind,
and caring. Scripture: Matthew 5:7.
P = Prophecy (Conviction)
Anointing for revealing and
proclaiming truth for understanding, correction, repentance, or
edification; exposing sin or deception; seeing and warning;
discerning, outspoken, confronting, authoritative, convicting,
and uncompromising. Scripture: 2 Peter
1:19-21.
S = Shepherding (Nurture)
Anointing for nurturing,
caring for and guiding people toward on-going spiritual
maturity; discipling, protective, supportive, long-term
relationships, and role modeling. Scripture: 1
Peter 5:2, 3
T = Teaching / Writing (Application)
Anointing
for understanding, clearly explaining, applying God’s Word and
inspiring obedience; practical truths, disciplined, perceptive,
teachable, authoritative, analytical, and articulate.
Scripture: Acts 18:24-28.
W = Wisdom (Guidance)
Anointing for applying spiritual
truth effectively to meet a need in a specific situation; seeing
solutions and consequences; sensible, insightful, wise,
experienced, and practical. Scripture: James
3:17-18.
Personality Inventory
The personality inventory you take is not like a test you fail or pass. It’s more like a fingerprint that shows your tendencies.
Tendencies can change, unlike fingerprints. Discovering your personality tendencies helps to show what type of ministry
involvement will suit you best. It’s normal to have attributes of more than one personality trait.



Partnership at Storehouse
We believe that every person that calls Storehouse his or her home church should
participate in ministry. We call our volunteers ‘partners’ because we are all in
this together. The Bible says that we are a ‘body’ and we are all needed in
order for God to do what He has in mind to do at Storehouse.
The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its
parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ. ...God has
combined the members of the body and has given greater honor to the parts
that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that
its parts should have equal concern for each other. 1 Corinthians 12:12,
24-25 (NIV)
You are uniquely designed and qualified for ministry. Your spiritual gifts
combined with your unique personality traits will help you find where you are
most likely to flourish as a volunteer.
There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different
kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working,
but the same God works all of them in all men. Now to each one the
manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 1 Corinthians
12:4-7 (NIV)
We have two areas of ministry involvement, “Strategic Partnership” & “Ministry
Partnership”.
Strategic partnership defines our core Sunday morning ministries. These
ministries are essential for us to gather for worship. We ask everyone to serve
on a Strategic Partnership team. Ministry Partnership defines all of the
additional ministries at our church. Many members serve on both a Strategic
Partnership team and a Ministry Partnership Team.
Ministry Inventory
The ministry inventory will provide an overview of the ministry teams at Storehouse. Many of the categories have subteams that are not listed. If you are interested in any of the ministry teams, contacts the pastor who oversees that area of
ministry within the church.
Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others,
faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10

traits are not listed. Pray about it and
follow God’s leading.
