 Inspired students to passionately pursue the deliberation of social and political issues, both historical and

 Designed and implemented rigorous and provocative curricula for: Grade 7 History (Middle Ages to French
Revolution), Grade 9 History (Industrialization to World War II), Grade 9 History Elective (Imperialism &
Decolonization), Grade 10 History (The Cold War), Grade 11 German Grundkurse (Antiquity & The
Enlightenment), Grade 12 German-American Comparative Government, Advanced Placement United States

 AP Comparative Government students earned scores of 3.5, 3.8, 4.2, and 4.5 (2008-2011). AP Comparative
Government exam scores are, second to AP German, the highest at JFKS. AP U.S. History scores were 3.0 and
3.9 (2010-2011)
 Completely rewrote the U.S. History curriculum and assisted colleagues in implementing this curriculum
