The Power Matrix
There are 4 Boards.
Each board has a
leader and 39 slots
for its direct downline
and indirect dowlines
arranged in 3 levels.
The 3X3 MATRIX
RECRUITING
• Each member is expected to recruit 3
new members personally.
• Each member can only have 3 new
members under him.
• Any extra work done will result in a
Spillover.
• A spillover means that the new member
will be ‘donated’ to your team member.
• The result will be that your boards gets
to fill up faster so that you can cycle into
a new board faster.
2 ways to earn from the Power Matrix
• DIRECT REFERRAL BONUS This is the reward for
personally selling the Power Matrix to people.
When they buy you get a NGN200 bonus. You
earn this bonus instantly anytime you recruit a
new member, irrespective of your level.
• CYCLING BONUS this is the bonus that you earn
in stage 1 when it fills out. This pays a N10,000
direct to your bank account.

The 3X3 MATRIX
Pioneer Board
• The Pioneer stage is the starting point for every
member of this network.
• It means that you have paid the startup fees of N1,550
(One Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Naira) and
ready to start recruiting you own team and start
earning.
• At this stage you are required to get yourself grounded
in our structure by studying that payplan very well.
• Your success really depends it.
The Pioneer Stage
• In NGN1000.com Board 1 is called
the Pioneer Board. It is a 3x3 Matrix
system that means it has 3 members
wide and 3 levels deep. That means
each member can only have 3 direct
members below them.
• Any extra person will be given to
someone below you who has no
member. It is called a Spillover.

Pioneer Board Rewards
• When you cycle from the Pioneer
Board, you receive a N10,000 (Ten
Thousand Naira) bonus.
• This is great value on your invested
stake. Cool right?
• Remember, you get paid N200 for any
Extra New Direct Recruit you refer.
The Manager Board
• In NGN1000.com Board 2 is called the
Manager Board. It’s the same 3x9 Matrix
system as board 1.
• It’s made up of 39 members from your
Pioneer Board who’d joined you.
• You don’t pay extra entry fees for this
level.
Manager Board Rewards
• At the managers board you start earning at the
level stage. However such rewards start on Level 2.
Your 1st payment is N15,000 (Fifteen Thousand
Naira)
• When you cycle from the Manager Board, you
receive a N300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand
Naira) Cycle Bonus, plus an NGN1000 Android Tab.
This is getting exciting right?
• Remember, you get paid N200 for any Extra New
Direct Recruit you refer.
The Director Board
• After the Manager Board comes the Director Board. This
board is also similar in structure to the previous board in
that it is also a 3x3 matrix. But this is even more exciting.
• Here, you earn on completing every level. Life's getting
better and better.
• At this point, your role is to encourage and guide your
team in a way that they can be as productive as you. As
they earn you earn. This is really great because, the
deeper you go, the more you earn from the level stage.
Director Board Rewards
• To qualify, you'll have to complete the Manager
Board.
• You get to earn on the completion of the each level.
– On completing level 1, you'll earn N100,000 (One
Hundred Thousand Naira) cash.
– Level 2, earn you N200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand
Naira).
• On cycling out you earn N1,000,000 (One Million
Naira) as cycle bonus. You also get to choose either
Trip to Dubai or A Samsung Galaxt Tab & Phone.
The Ruby Director Board
• After the Director Board comes the Ruby Director
Board. This board is also similar in structure to the
previous board in that it is also a 3x3 matrix. But this
is even more exciting.
• Here, you earn on completing every level. Life's sure
better.
• At this point, life is really great because, you are about
to leave the system. You alone can decide if you want
to come back in or not.
Ruby Director Board Rewards
• As with the previous, you get to earn on
the completion of the each level.
– On completing level 1, you'll earn N200,000
(Two Hundred Thousand Naira) cash.
– Level 2, earn you N300,000 (Three Hundred
Thousand Naira).
• On cycling out you earn N1,500,000 (One
Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira) as
cycle bonus.
Ruby Director Board Rewards
At the completion of the Ruby Director board you
are handed the keys of a brand new Hyundai
Elantra Car. This car
will be given out
at our next car
presentation.
