The University of California, San Diego, Department of Anesthesiology, is pleased to announce the 2015 UCSD 3rd Annual
Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography Review Course to be held February 14-16, 2015 at the Hilton San Diego Resort &
Spa in San Diego, CA. We expect approximately 125-150 anesthesiologists, cardiac anesthesiologist, intensivists, and
residents/fellows from academic and private practice groups nationwide and abroad to attend this comprehensive course.
Scheduled lectures will provide participants an intensive review of perioperative echocardiography. The course is designed to help the
participant who wants a comprehensive review of the basic echocardiographic anatomy of the heart and intermediate level
practitioners who want to have an update on the latest echocardiographic techniques. Upon completion of this course, participants
will be able to: evaluate the basics of comprehensive intraoperative echo examination, valvular assessment/repair/replacement, and
advanced diastolic function; perform a comprehensive perioperative TEE examination; operate and troubleshoot TEE equipment;
utilize TEE as a monitoring modality during high-risk non-cardiac surgery; apply the latest techniques of diastolic function
assessment. In addition, we will also be having a 3D hands on ECHO Workshop!
This conference will provide an intensive review of perioperative echocardiography. Highlights are: Comprehensive Basic and
Advanced Echo Review, Live Porcine Dissection, Transthoracic Echocardiography Workshop and Transesophageal HandsOn Workshop. For their participation, registered attendees will be eligible to earn continuing education credits. Further information

We invite you and your company to support this course in the amount $1,000 to reserve a table. For $1,000, we will provide you with
an 8-foot exhibiting table during the conference. For $2,000 (Silver Level), we provide you with one 8-foot table at a prime location.
For $5,000 (Gold Level), you will have two 8-foot tables at a prime location.
The deadline to reserve exhibit space is Friday, December 5, 2014. Please make your check payable to: “UC Regents.” The

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
We cordially invite you and your company to exhibit at the 2015 UCSD 3rd Annual Perioperative Echocardiography
Review Course. Expected anesthesiologists, intensivists, and residents/fellows attendance at this meeting is 160-180.
Exhibitor registration guidelines are as follows:
1.
Deadline form reservations is December 5, 2014.
2.
Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
3.
One 8-foot table (draped) and two chairs will be provided for each exhibit.
4.
One electrical outlet per exhibit will be provided.
5.
Each $1000 exhibit fee entitles the company to designate 2 representatives who will be invited to participate in all
aspects of the program, including lectures, coffee breaks and snack breaks.

Exhibits may be set up on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 6:30 AM, in the Foyer of the Hilton San Diego
Resort & Spa. Shipping information will be sent closer to the event.
