• We will advertise through different mediums
such as television(commercials),
radio(commercials), and print(posters,
advertisements) to reach our target market.
• Television commercials will be broadcasted
during sporting events, so that we can actually
reach the target audience of athletes.
• Radio commercials will be aired through sports
channels such as the FAN590.
• Posters and advertisements will be in sports
magazines.

• My main competitors include Nike, Reebok,
and Adidas.
• Like my competitors, my shoes will be
available in many sports stores, including
Sports Chek, SportsMart, National Sports, etc.
Pricing
• Our top competitor, Nike, generally sell their
shoes in the $100 range.
• If we sell at this price range, consumers will most
likely still buy Nike shoes because of top of the
mind awareness(“why buy unknown RF shoes
when you can buy Nike shoes for the same
price?”).
• RF Shoes will be sold at around $80 a pair, to
meet the costs of producing the shoes.
• If we sell the shoes for less than Nike, it will
attract more customers.
Advantages over competitive products
• The color of the shoes can be changed once they
are bought. Unlike Nike and other competitors,
consumers can change the color of certain parts
of the shoes.
• RF Shoes are also very light, which is ideal for any
athlete looking to perform at their best.
• RF shoes have solid support of the feet and also
near the ankles, which provides good support for
athletes and also prevents any injuries.
• RF Shoes will sponsor many well-known athletes
to increase the exposure of our brand.
Target Market
• The target market is athletes of any ethnic
group, of any age, and both male and female.
• These shoes are available to middle income
families.
