TERMS OF PAYMENT
EXHIBITS: $200 per booth is due with application or within 2 weeks of invoice date. The
remaining balance is due 08/06/2012. There is a 25% of total booth cost cancellation fee if
cancellation is received between 05/06/2012 and 08/06/2012. Cancellations a received after
08/06/2012 result in full forfeiture of the total cost of exhibit space and/or an obligation to pay the
full rental fee. A cancellation must be received in writing by AAACE Exhibit Management to be
valid.
ADS & LITERATURE: Payment is due in full by 8/6/12.
SPONSORSHIPS: 50% of payment is due with application or within two weeks of invoice. The
remaining 50% is due 5/6/12.
