My Thoughts on 200 Medley…






Good technical execution of all strokes emphasised from
a Junior level
Butterfly needs to be fast – easy speed in 1st 50m
Long stroke required for Backstroke with good efficiency
Breaststroke – same as backstroke
Freestyle – technically efficient, strong kick, good speed
50-200m
Obviously medley does change with the strengths and
weaknesses of the individual
