HR and Talent Management professionals attract, develop and continuously optimize the talent
resources needed to execute business strategies.
Recruitment professionals identify talent needs and recruiting channels, source and screen candidates,
hire qualified candidates, and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Job Summary:
This Senior Graduate Recruiter role is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting
demand based on the business Graduate and Intern Recruiting Plan. The incumbent will administer the
recruiting process for a medium to large recruiting demand plan. Further role responsibilities are detailed
below:
Key Responsibilities:
Operational:
• Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
• Liaison with 23 universities across SA
• Responsible for a medium to large recruiting pipeline , meeting recruiting targets and providing regular
status reports
• Screen applications and select candidates
• Conduct interviews locally and nationally
• Organize and facilitate Assessment Centres
• Participate in high-touch recruiting events and sourcing activities on campuses across the country
• Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy
• Responsible for post offer management
• Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
• Administer referral process of applicants
• Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Manager
• Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools
• Review recruit files for completeness
• Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and
recommend actions
• Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team

• Manage Applicants for Strategy, Digital, Operations, Technology and Solutions- method of screening
and short listing differ for each work force
• Project manage ad hoc projects same as above

Strategic:
• Assist Lead in planning strategy for execution of Graduate and Intern recruitment marketing annually
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group and possibly serve as point of contact for
stakeholder groups internally and externally.
• Deliver key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the
recruiting process
• Cooperate with Recruiting Team, HR and Talent fulfillment team regarding candidates
Relationships:
Reports to: Graduate Recruitment Lead directly and Talent acquisition Lead indirectly
External Relationships: Channels/Sources (Universities, Search Firms, Internet Job Boards, Accenture
Alumni, etc.), Recruiting and/or HR Organization
External Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred- HR
Work Experience: 3+ years of graduate recruitment experience
Work Requirements: Travel will be required
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

• Very good understanding of selling messages for each organization
