It comes down to the different roles that we’re seeing across business and IT. Ultimately there are 3 things to meet the challenge.
First of all, is how we optimize these governance models for the
pace of change.
Secondly, it’s how we set these boundaries for the roles and responsibilities.
And lastly, it’s this aspect of how do we create an evolutionary
model to sustain the change.
The governance models are about getting the balance right. This
new balance in a new reality for how Cloud is driving change in
these organizations.
