Assistant Exercise Planner
Location: Tampa, FL.
Clearance: Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI
Contingent upon contract award
Must be a U.S. citizen
Responsibilities
·
Provide assistance to military lead planners throughout all phases of planning and executing U.S.
Central Command (USCENTCOM) battle staff and combined joint training exercises, to include the
consolidation, compilation, and initial analysis of exercise and operational lessons learned
·
Provide support for exercise design, concept and scenario development, and Master Scenario
Event (MSEL) development
·
Provide necessary planning and execution support to ensure the effective conduct of all exercise
planning conferences/events
·
Participate in meetings, conferences, and working groups
·
Assist in coordination of USCENTCOM observations and data collection management planning
·
Provide support for facilitated after-action reviews
·
Build/execute briefings
·
Collect/organize all staff products before and after an exercise
·
Produce exercise documents as needed to bring the exercise to conclusion such as conference
concept and announcement messages, briefings and information papers, planning directives and other
guidance, execution plans, and control and design documents
Candidate Qualifications
·
Must possess a U.S. passport
·
Expert knowledge of military planning and/or operations
·
Expert knowledge of Joint Chiefs of Staff lessons learned development and review
·
Expert knowledge of DOD Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS)
·
USCENTCOM staff experience; must be knowledgeable of and be able to conduct internal staff
work using the USCENTCOM Task Management Tool (TMT)
·
Must have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of
Education
·
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the
responsibilities described above
·
Must be able to fluently understand, read, write, and speak English
Assistant Resource Manager
Location: Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities
·
Provide resource management assistance to the USCENTCOM J7 Exercises and Training Directorate
·
Provide assistance to the military lead planners throughout all phases of planning and executing
USCENTCOM battle staff and combined joint training exercises to include consolidation, compilation,
and initial analysis of exercise and operational lessons learned
·
Prepare, maintain, and present current curriculum orienting incoming staff officers to operate on
the USCENTCOM headquarters staff
Candidate Qualifications

Must have experience in military budgetary requirements, military financial documents, and
annual spend plans
·
Expert knowledge of Defense Department/Service budgeting procedures and process
·
USCENTCOM staff experience; must be knowledgeable of and be able to conduct internal staff
work using the USCENTCOM Task Management Tool (TMT)
·
Must have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of
Education
·
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the

Assistant Resource Advisor
Location: Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities
·
Assist United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) J7 Resource Advisor with budgets, budget
projections, and spend plans
·
Prepare necessary draft funding documents and draft obligations in accordance with Command
and sponsoring Service guidelines

Responsibilities
·
Prepare, maintain, and present current curriculum orienting incoming staff officers to operate on
the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) headquarters staff
·
Plan, develop, regularly update, and implement the CENTCOM Chief of Staff’s Staff Orientation
Course training program curriculum of instruction for all incoming personnel (military, civilian,
contractor, and foreign national)
·
Develop and teach a formal and structured course of instruction on critical baseline subjects to
hasten the integration of newly assigned personnel
·
Provide CENTCOM Staff procedures training to staff elements, one on one individual training (O-6
& above), and assist with other level one training requirements as directed and approved by the Chief of
Staff, USCENTCOM
Candidate Qualifications
·
Must possess a U.S. Passport
·
Must have experience with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joint Training System, to
include, but not limited to, Command Training Program development, Joint Mission Essential Task
(JMET) development, management of the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), and
management of Command Special Training Programs supporting the Headquarters Battle Staff Training
mission
·
