applauding. Size it about 3.33"  5". Use the picture shown below if you can locate it.
b. From the clip art displayed, embed the sound of Rowdy Applause just below the picture. Select
the option to start the sound automatically. Use the keyword question mark and search for a picture
of a question mark. Select the one shown at the right and recolor it to match the theme. Add the
Texturizer artistic effect. Size it about 2.5"  2.5".
