[Type text] [Type text] Hank Aaron Henry Louis Aaron was born February 5, 1934 in Mobile, Alabama he had seven siblings one who, also went to the MLB Tommie Aaron. He grew up in a poor family, so they picked cotton which made his hands stronger, he didn’t have enough money for baseball equipment, so he hit bottle caps with sticks for practice. At the age of 15 Aaron had his first tryouts with the Brooklyn Dodgers, but he didn’t make the team, however Aaron entered the MLB in 1954 playing for the Braves, in 1957 he got his only NL MVP award. In 1969 Hank hit his 537th homerun putting him 3rd on the All-time Homerun list. Aaron was the first person to get 3,000 hits and 500 homeruns. In 1974 Hank broke Ruth’s record and in 1982 he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. “I hoping someday that some kid, black or white, will hit more homeruns than myself. A popular culture would be the Hippie culture or being a Hipster it would have been bananas considering all the sex, drug use, and influencing going on, but besides the being a Hipster you would have been into [Type text] politics and military things. [Type text] Richard Nixon Richard was born in Yorba Linda, California he graduated from Duke University Law school. He served in the Navy during World War II for a short time. He was Vice president for 8 years, after getting denied of presidency in 1952, then again in 1960. He ran again in 1968 was elected. He started the escalation of Vietnam, but ended his involvement in 1973. When Nixon took, office the inflation was at its highest since the Korean War ( 4.7) the economy continued to struggle, because of the lackluster Republicans. Nixon was more concerned with foreign affairs than Domestic problems. Later on he knew that the Economic problems would threaten his Re-election, so he focused on the economy, which later decreased and increased the inflation, he took over price control again the controls made food shortages and he became unpopular with the public. He resigned in 1974, following his resignation he became ill with the country. On April 18, 1994 he suffered a stroke. He died at the age of 81.
