Introductions (5 minutes
Vice Chancellor’s General Updates (15 minutes): VC Lalanne can update the students of the board on
current projects in the Office, including capital projects, sustainability and energy, Berkeley Global
Campus at Richmond, asset management, and parking and transportation.
Initiating a Capital Project or Study (10 minutes): The VCRE website now features a link to apply to
make physical environment changes to the campus, VC could explain the new feature.
Student Questions and Comments (20 minutes): Intended to allow time for productive dialogue, for
rumors/misperceptions to be corrected, for students to provide feedback and direct communication with
the VCRE so that this Board can realize its purpose of bridging the gap between VCRE and the student
body.
