• Using civil society organizations (CSOs) as project partners in
different governorates maximized the opportunity to reach
large number of targeted youth
• The flexibility in responding to the needs of the targeted
youth such as tailoring of distance learning package “Kayanak”
• Adopting the holistic implementation approach resulted in an
integrated development model for youth empowerment
including SMEs training, vocational training for employment
and entrepreneurship training.
• Adopting the participatory approach through: MoY, SFD, MS
Egypt, ITI (Edu Egypt program) , ELCC, NGOs.

• Partners NGOs will continue in the capacity building program
• ICT-TF will provide the online services and technical support
• Given the results achieved by the project, in terms of
increasing employment opportunities and promoting
entrepreneurship, it is recommended to replicate this project
at the national scale in cooperation with concerned bodies
