Definition – any situation that the team leader feels like the
Incident Mgmt Team should know about
Serious injury or illness resulting in hospital visit/stay
Civil/Political unrest
Terrorist Attack, local or abroad
Natural Disaster
Disappearance, abduction or detention of team member
Death of a team member
A crime committed by or against a team member
Denied entry into a country or detained by immigration for
an extended period
