Week 4 (English)
Day 1



Day 2

Print TestGears English -> ACT Suite -> English -> -> PRINT Practorials and THEN PRINT Microcourses, staple
together and turn in. They should make sure name is on paper.
OWLs 1- Complete the last three exercises: Semicolon vs. Comma, Quotation Marks, and Punctuation Overview. .
Finish OWLs 1, and checking. If you have all corrections made you can turn the packet in. If not, take home and
finish corrections and turn in tomorrow. Make sure you have made corrections and given reasons for
corrections (Use resources on Edmodo.) Staple in order with white half-sheet on top.
Day 3



5.3 and write down 2 learned/forgotten things from each section.
Owls 2 ( This is a check sheet of assignments) Begin Handouts (first three: Adjective/Adverb 1 & 2 and Subject/Verb
Agreement)
Day 4




Continue working on Owls 2 (Spelling Accept/Except, Affect/ Effect, ible/able) and check.

6.4 and write down strategies discussed in each section and what they mean.
Continue working on Owls 2 (Count/NonCount Nouns, Spelling ei/ie rules 1 and 2, and check.
