Promptly notify other Departments any changes whatsoever on function arrangements.
Supervises and co-ordinate activities of Banquet personnel involved in set-up and service in line with specification details of function sheets.
Determines the number of staff members required for the function and co-ordinate with Outlet Managers for extra staff.
Ensures that all necessary arrangements and preparations have been properly made by the Banquet6ing service personnel and follow up with Kitchen, Engineering, Housekeeping, Stewarding and other departments regarding function arrangements.
Liaise with interfacing departments to provide exceptional service for guests:
Provide input for hotel web design relating to F&B operation
Co-ordinate with Sales and Marketing on promotional flyers producing and distributing
Assist with the preparation of new products and services
Work in line with business needs
Work with Manager to achieve departmental revenue targets.
