The Louisiana Booklet from Greg English Oak Park Middle School During the year my students put together a booklet on Louisiana. It is a project that many teachers use. Our booklet is a 75+ page booklet. The booklet will contain sections on the flags, government, food, politics, buildings, and local color. I furnish the materials the students use for research. Over the years I have put together folders of dittos of each item requested, piece together the copy to be used, and much more due to limited time in the Applied Tech lab and/or library. All lettering must be in BLUE or BLACK ink. Color maps. List all current state officials - Gov., Lt. Gov., Sec. of State, etc plus all local officials. Using artwork provided, trace items needed, color and do short (100 word min.) article on each. All material will be put in this binder according to the order of these checklists. A Table of Contents will then be added to the front along with a hand drawn, full color cover sheet.
