Foster start-up ecosystems through effective interventions that begin early and continue throughout the lifecycle of a developing entrepreneur. Work to bring Brilliant Labs to Nova Scotia to encourage early development of entrepreneurial skills. Endorse Volta expansion to incubate more start-ups. Encourage multi-sector mobilization to create an Ocean Sciences Innovation Centre in Dartmouth at the former Coast Guard Base.
