What is my personal wellness vision:
 Be active 4-6 days a week
 Choose to eat less of the “bad” food and more of the “good” food
 Mindfulness-Prayer-Reflection
 Stress management – Deep Breathing, Visualization, Asking for
help
 Positive outlook-Thankful moments journal
 Sleep 7-9 hours a night
