 3 ring notebook dedicated to this class
 Dividers (one section for each chapter)
 Index Cards (A LOT OF THEM!)
 You’ll be making a note card for each major term/ person in
each chapter!
 Textbook: The Making of the West: Peoples & Culture by
Hunt, Martin, Rosenwein, Hsia, & Smith
 It may be helpful to purchase an AP European History
review book available from places like Barnes and Noble.

Task One:
 Make a bulleted list of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING
that you remember from your World History class!
 Admit it, you know you want your list to be longer than
your classmates’!

 Task Two:
 Draw a map of Europe from MEMORY on the blank sheet
of paper.
 Label as many countries as you can.
 For those of you thinking, “Is Europe a country or a
continent?” try your best!
