This simulation puts you into the shoes of decision makers... It is tougher than any midterm exam or essay. Going through World Climate helped me see that climate change is an urgent issue now, not something that can be put off for another decade. It helped spur me along to get involved with SEA, which I'm somehow now president of. And this summer I'm connecting with 350MA to learn more about what can be done on the local and state scale to fight climate change. All of this, catalyzed by participating in a simple game. It doesn't matter what these students study, this can help them understand how large and multifaceted the issue of climate change is and show them how this will have an impact on everything they may be planning for the future.
