Re: Immigration to Canada
We refer to your discussions concerning your desire to immigrate to Canada and to confirm the terms
and conditions on which the services of Sun Enterprises Inc trading as Sun Consulting (Pvt) Ltd will be
made available to you in this regard.
Sun Enterprises Inc trading as Sun Consulting (Pvt) Ltd, will assist you in preparing, filling and
processing your application for the grant of visa to you and if applicable to your family for immigration
to Canada. The procedure for securing such visas consists of three stages: The first and foremost is the
approval of your application by the Canadian Visa Office followed by the interview. After successful
completion of the interview stage then follows the next two stages, which are the medical and
background clearance (security/criminality checks). The latter two involves you and your family
members that are mentioned on the application. If you and your entire family are in good health and
have no criminal records, you should have no problems in this regard. An important note to remember
here, is that a medical or background inadmissibility of any one member of the family will render the
entire family ineligible for immigration to Canada. Please be advised that we do not give guarantee on
any given case as each case is viewed upon by the Visa officer from different prospective.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
All professionals are required to take the IELTS/FRENCH test and the principal applicant needs to
score minimum of_______ points of Canadian selection grid. This test can be taken from any approved
organization. Compliance with the language proficiency test and securing the minimum of________
points in IELTS and ________ points in FRENCH is mandatory & the absolute responsibility of the
applicant alone. We urge you to take this, matter seriously to avoid possibility of failure.
Fees structure
For providing the aforesaid services, you shall pay to Sun Consulting (Pvt) Limited, a fee of
CAN $ ______ in the following schedule I installments.
(a) 1st Installment of CAN $ ______ is paid in full upon receipt of this letter.
(b) 2nd Installment of CAN $ ______ when your application is ready for submission to the concerned
Canadian Visa Post.
(c) 3rd Installment of CAN $ ______ is payable within five days after the issuance of the C-115 letter,
Approval Letter, Interview Letter or Interview Approval Letter by the Canadian Visa Office. Approval
letter indicates that you will be called for an interview at a given date.
(d) 4th Installment of CAN $ ______ is payable within five days upon receipt of Visa intimation by the
Visa Office.
The fee of CAN $ _____ mentioned in Para 2 above and payable in installments in accordance with
sub-Para a), b), c) and d) shall deem to have become due and payable on the conclusion of the events
mentioned therein.
Please note that successful outcome of medical and back ground checkup of yourself and your family
are the matters of your personal responsibility and regardless of the outcome of these two checkups, the
entire amount mentioned in Para 2 above shall be payable by you.
All of the above accurately reflect the fee’s payment structure therefore once this engagement letter is
signed then you are obliged to maintain the payment schedule as per “fees Structure“, you may pay us
with your personal check or a bank draft.
If your application is refused by Visa Officer on grounds we do not agree with, it may require a Law
Suit to be filed at the Canadian Courts of Appeals. You would be liable to pay the Court cost and the
Attorney fee.
Refund Policy
Sun Consulting (Pvt) limited also wishes to advise you the refund policy. In the event of refusal of your
application by the Visa Post, you will not be entitled for the refund of the first installment of
CAN $ ______ if you are in Professional category OR CAN $_____ if you are in the business
category. The remaining amount that you have paid will be refunded to you.
You will not be entitled for the refund policy in the event of a refusal by the Visa post on the grounds
of language proficiency/medical/background security check inadmissibility or if you wish to withdraw
your application at any stage of the processing of your application. Sun has the right to demand the
unpaid balance and for the recovery of the same.
Representative
Your authorized representative is S Ghazi a member of ICCRC (Immigration Consultants Of Canada
Regulatory Council) membership # R411007 and also CSIC member, membership # M042005 who
will be representing your case.
Client Cooperation
Our expectations of you are to provide us with honest and truthful documentation. Please
understand that by giving us such documentation which are fabricated or forged by you or a
third party will result in misrepresentation thus your application will be rejected. If we find
any documentation not to be honored and also your cooperation is not within the structure of
this engagement letter than we have the right to terminate our contract with you.
Client Confidentiality
We take special care in maintaining our client confidentiality. We do not pass on information
regards to your application or you to any relatives or friends unless we are advice in writing
by you. In the event that you wish us to provide any information pertaining to your
application then we would require that individual name, address, phone numbers and his/her
NIC number.
Documentation
We will keep you updated at each stage of your case process and the outcome. We will retain
all copies of your file. Once your Visa is issued we will close you file and return any original
documents to you. We will then store the file for approximately 6 years. We will destroy
the file after that period of time unless you instruct us in writing to keep it longer.
Your Right to Terminate of Representation
You may terminate this representation at any time with or without cause by notifying us in
writing of your desire to do so. Upon receipt of the notice to terminate representation, we
will stop all your case processing work and inform CIC that you are no longer being
represented by us immediately. You will be responsible for paying all fees and expenses
incurred on your behalf in this matter before the date of written notice of termination was
received by our firm. As per section “Refund Policy “
Our Right to Terminate Representation
We may terminate our representation (to the extent permitted by the Rules of Professional
Conduct set forth by ICCRC and the Society) at any given time if you breach any material
term of this agreement or fail to cooperate or follow our advice on a material matter, if
conflict of interest develops or is discovered, or if there exists at any time any fact or
circumstance that would, in our opinion, render our continuing representation unlawful,
unethical, or otherwise inappropriate. If we elect to terminate our representation, you will
take all steps reasonably necessary and will cooperate as reasonably required to free us of any
further obligation to perform your work, including the execution of any documents necessary
to complete our withdrawal from representation. In such case, you agree to pay for all
services performed and expenses incurred before the termination of our representation in
accordance with the provision of this agreement.
If any of the terms stated in this letter is not consistent with your understanding of our agreement,
please contact us before signing the agreement.
