VOCABULARY PLAN
Each unit in Vocabulary Workshop will take two weeks to cover. The following vocabulary plan
is designed so that your child will be using, studying, or viewing these words every night in
order to ensure that he/she will be prepared for the test that is given at the end of each of the two
week units. For this reason, work should never be completed in advance. Your child’s
vocabulary book should never leave his/her binder and should be taken home and studied or
completed every night. Students will be awarded extra credit points for vocabulary words found
in their AR books, newspapers, magazines, or other approved written/oral works (Vocabulary
