Create a New Folder called Lesson 4
Open Step 4-2 from Public drive Word
Lesson 4 folder.


Public Drive/HOMEWORK/MS/KKOCHIN/Info Tech 6-8 /7th
Grade/WORD/Lesson 4
Save As: PATH in your drive’s (U drive) Comp
App/Word/Lesson 4 Folder. Leave document open.

Prepare writing utensil for note-taking

Write name, period, & class days on notes

as text is entered into a document
Use the Spell Check to check and correct
spelling and grammar all at once
Use the AutoCorrect feature to correct
errors automatically and save editing time
