MARKETING EXCELLENCE IN IT AWARDS 2015
The Marketing Excellence in IT Awards recognizes those campaigns that have stepped away from
legacy tools to create marketing programs that define the future of marketing. Executives leading
marketing at these companies will be recognized among their peers at the Marketing Excellence in
IT Awards ceremony to be held at The Great Indian IT Marketing Summit at The Ritz Carlton,
Bangalore on Tuesday, 10 February 2015. For more information about the event, please visit

Submission Guidelines
Please use the application form given below to submit your entry. Do not exceed the word limit.
Entries for the Marketing Excellence in IT Awards will be judged based on the following criteria:
1. Measurable Impact on Business Objectives - 25 points
2. Campaign concept and originality - 25 points
3. Innovative tools and techniques - 25 points
4. Customer centricity - 25 points
Entries are due by Wednesday, 23rd January 2015.
Categories include:
No Money Marketing - These campaigns celebrate cost-effectiveness and use executive
time, effort and chutzpah as resources in lieu of hard cash.
Best Lead Generation Campaign - Innovative demand generation campaigns that manage
the entire process from interest to conversion.
Agency of the Year - Technology - Identifying the best agencies that have helped their
clients improve any of the following:
A. Digital presence - owned, earned, paid
B. Image Enhancement - managing media, influencer or government relations
C. Demand generation - nurturing leads, database expansion, interaction
D. 360 Integrated Marketing - brand campaigns, multi-channel campaigns
Who can apply? Brand owners i.e. IT companies can apply for the No Money Marketing and Best
Lead Generation Categories. Agencies may apply on behalf of their clients, in which case an email
approval from the brand owner must be attached with the application. In these cases separate
certificates will be provided for the agency, but the trophy will bear only the name of the client.
In the Agency of the Year - Technology category, agencies may apply directly.
Submissions: Companies may enter multiple submissions in one or more categories. Each
individual submission must include its own application form and entry fee. The campaign/program
should have been live during the period January 2014 - January 2015
