1. This has reference to recovery actions initiated against you under the provisions of
the SARFAESI Act 2002.
2. Please refer to the possession notice dated 09.12.2014 issued to you regarding
taking possession of the secured assets at SF No.417 ,Site No.13 &14,Kodeeswaran
Nagar, West of Appiyapalayam Road,Perumanallur, Ettiveerampalayam Village,
Tirupur Taluk. and the publication of the said possession notice in Indian Express and
Dinamani on 14.12.2014 by the Authorized Officer for the purpose of realisation of
the secured assets in exercise of the powers conferred on the bank as secured
creditor under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial
Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the rules there under. Till
date you have not made payments towards discharge of your liability in full to the
bank. And hence it is proposed to sell the aforesaid secured assets on 17.12.2015.
3. We hereby give you notice of 30 days that the aforesaid secured assets shall be
sold by the undersigned on 17.12.2015 at SARM Branch Coimbatore between 12.00
noon and 01.00 PM
4. A copy of the e-auction sale notice to be published in News paper, inviting offers
for sale, containing particulars of the secured asset, earnest money deposit, date
and time fixed for inspection, last date for submission of offers and date,
time, place of sale etc., is enclosed for your ready information. Please also be
advised that the said sale notice will be published in Indian Express and Dinamani
shortly.

SALE OF MOVABLE ASSETS SECURED TO THE BANK UNDER SECURITISATION AND
RECONSTRUCTION OF FINANCIAL ASSETS AND ENFORCEMENT OF SECURITY INTEREST
ACT, 2002
WHEREAS, M/s Jeeva Corporation, Proprietor: Mr. K.S. Chinnasamy, SF No.5/120Q,
Kodeeswaran Nagar, Near Lakshmi Garden, Ettiveerampalayam Perumanallur-641666
had borrowed monies from INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, DISTRICT COURT BRANCH,
against the security of various assets mentioned below.
WHEREAS, the Bank had issued a Notice under SARFAESI ACT on 14.05.2014 calling upon
the Borrower M/s Jeeva Corporation to pay the amount due to the Bank, being Rs.
43,19,432/- together with further interest and costs thereon.
WHEREAS, as the Borrower and the Guarantor having failed to pay the amount due to the
Bank as called for in the SARFAESI NOTICE, the Bank had taken Possession of the
mortgaged property, more fully described in the Schedule below, on 09.12.2014.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the above, the Secured Creditor, Indian Overseas Bank, has decided
to sell the secured assets mentioned below, in "AS IS WHERE IS" and "AS IS WHAT IS
CONDITION" under Section 13 [4] [a] of SARFAESI ACT,2002 read with RULE (6) of
SECURITY INTEREST [ENFORCEMENT] RULES,2002. The dues of the borrower as on
07.11.2015 is worked out to Rs. 54,41,765/- (Fifty Four Lakhs Forty One Thousand
Seven Hundred And Sixty Five only).

3. Intending bidders shall hold a valid digital signature certificate and e-mail address. and should
register their account by login to the website www.matexauctions.com.They will be provided
with user-id and password by M/s. Matex Net Pvt. Ltd which should be used in the e-auction

4. Bids in the prescribed formats given in the Tender Document shall be submitted "online"
through the portal http://matexauctions.com. Bids submitted otherwise shall not be eligible for
consideration.
5. The EMD and other deposits shall be remitted through EFT / NEFT / RTGS to the Bank account
as specified above.
6. Bid form without EMD shall be rejected summarily.
7. The property shall be sold to the highest bidder. The successful bidder (purchaser) shall deposit
25% of the sale price (less the EMD) immediately on the sale being confirmed in his / her favour
and the balance amount of sale price within 15 days from the date of auction sale. Failure to
remit the entire amount of sale price within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of deposit
of 25% of the tender price and forfeiture of all claims over the property and it will be resold.
8. The sale certificate will be issued in the name of the purchaser only, after the payment of the
entire sale price amount and other charges, if any.
9. The purchaser shall bear the charges / fee payable for conveyance such as registration fee,
stamp duty, etc., as applicable a s per law.
10. The Authorized Officer has the absolute right to accept or reject the bid or postpone or
cancel the sale, as the case may be.
11. The property is being sold on 'as is where is basis' condition. The purchaser should make their
own enquiries regarding any statutory liabilities, arrears of property tax, electricity dues, etc., by
themselves before participating the auction.
12. Sale is subject to confirmation by the secured creditor.
13. EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned through EFT / NEFT / RTGS to the bank account
details provided by them in the bid form and intimated via their e mail id.
