their small business clients. NetEnrich services are

Small Business IT infrastructure Services
SBS lets you profit from full remediation and management of your client’s server and
network infrastructure: in addition to monitoring, SOP remediation and full resolution of
problems or issues, NetEnrich will review the incoming alerts and log files to quickly pinpoint
an issue and remediate the problem. If NetEnrich is not able to resolve the problem, the
ticket will be updated with detailed troubleshooting steps and immediately escalated to the
appropriate Vendor’s Tech Support team for further troubleshooting and full resolution.
Firewall and ISP management are critical for Small Businesses. NetEnrich provides you with
the firewall monitoring and remediation, bandwidth reporting, and ISP vendor coordination
during link failures. Or, you can choose to have L1 router and switch monitoring &
management for critical interfaces and errors included.
System failures and outages also will be reduced with NetEnrich Small Business Services.
Services include Windows patch management for operating systems, proactive Antivirus
definition updates, and Active Directory (AD) and Exchange health checks.
