With a wide area of coverage, CRM’s are regularly traveling and have the ability to perform handset testing in various locations.
– Tier 3 : Score card testing – Calls made and subjective qualitative determinations made.
– Tier 2 : Real Time testing – Test calls performed in a partner’s network aligned with the home carrier engineering personnel and time zone.
– Tier 1 : Troubleshooting testing – Carrier system logging of calls made and detailed analysis of traces carried out to identify trouble areas.
