The execution process was also important to business world by directing the project execution, acquiring the project team, distributing project information. Monitoring and controlling were also considered to be the project tools for the creation of IT work plans. This project process observed the potential problems for creating the work plans without any interruption in IT organization. This process measured the ongoing project activities in creating the work plans, monitoring the project variables including effort, scope, and cost, identifying the corrective actions for work plans of IT implementations. The closing process included the formal acceptance of the project for the creation of work plans in IT organization (Joan Knutson, 1991). PROJECT MANAGEMENT 5 Project life cycle management The project life cycle management was an effective process for the creation for work plans in IT organization. The project life cycle management included the four kinds of aspects which were concept, development, implementation and close-out. The project concept involved a rough assessment of project for creating the work plans to implement IT organizational objectives. The development phase accomplished project charter for creating the work plan. The development phase could provide the actual work for implementing IT organization. The implementation phase was also the process for the delivery of work place in IT organization. In the case of this cycle, project team created project plans and control the plan for working out the plans in IT organization. This process created the workforce of IT organization by modifying the budget, timing, and deliverables. The close-out phase was an essential phase for the implementation of workforce in IT organization by querying the acceptability and quality of the project. The benefits of project management were better efficiency in work forces, improved customer satisfaction by quality work plans, enhancement of delivering services, and improvement of IT work plans growth. Planning in the project life cycle The planning of project life cycle provided the stakeholders and team members to achieve the work plans in IT organization. The planning provided the visibility, synchronization points, and decision point throughout the creation of work plans for IT organization. The project life cycle included the planning document, capturing the work plans in IT organization, phases of projects, and initiation through project planning for the enhancement of creating work plans in IT organization. PROJECT MANAGEMENT 6 The project selection methods in project management life cycle included the cost benefit analysis, decision matrix, economic methods, opportunity costs, and portfolio methods. These above methods were used to selecting the work plans in IT organization. The high level planning of project management life cycle positively influenced the work plans for the implementation of IT organization. The stakeholder analysis was very effective for making the work plans in IT organization by leveling the power and influence of this work plan project. The research and critical thinking was mandatory in planning the work plans of IT organization. The research and critical thinking raised the vital IT organizational questions and also they formulated the project questions precisely and clearly. The research and critical thinking assessed and gathered the proper information about IT organization for interpreting conclusions and solutions for making work plans in IT organization. Hence, research and critical thinking was mandatory for implementing the IT organizational work plans. Project organizations and importance of leadership and sponsorship The project organizational structure included the external stakeholder involvement which encouraged the external stakeholder participation and communicated the progress of IT projects. The performance metrics was the process of project organization for the development of performance measures in creating the work plans. The project organizations developed the compliance assistance training for creating the work plans of IT organization. The project organization included the data integration goals, data across agencies, implementation plans for making this project successful. PROJECT MANAGEMENT 7 The leadership and sponsorship were responsible for the success of IT organization work plan project. The leadership and sponsorship could determine the success and failure of IT organizational project. The leadership and sponsorship provided the concerns for IT projects, including initiation of action, motivation, providing guidance, building morale, creating confidence, building work environment. The sponsorship could provide the complete equipments and tools for creating the work plans in IT organization. This would raise the project brand awareness and create preference and also this would provide the attractive content for a range of products for IT projects. Project team building The project team building was also considered to be the main process of project management which could provide the work plans of IT organization. The project team was to execute the necessary work plan project task for IT organization and also this process provided the foundation for effective frame work in order to create the work plans for IT organization. The project of IT organization was based upon the three variables, including individual autonomy, hierarchical control, and cooperation (Paul Roberts, 2011). The project team was also having the process of forming, storming, norming, adjourning, and performing for the creation of work plans in IT implementation. The project team affected the decision for assessing the ability to carry out the project commitment, personal similarities and difference of work plan in IT organization, and project organizational environment. PROJECT MANAGEMENT 8 Work breakdown structure A work breakdown structure was a model for performing IT organizational projects. This formed the basis for project organization for showing the amount of work, duration and costs which were involved with the project. The work breakdown structure was the basis for further steps in project planning including scheduling, cost planning, project controlling, and capacity planning in order to create work plans for the implementation of information technology. The work breakdown structure determined the major deliverables, including, training program design, trained instructor. These above could identify the vulnerabilities and influences of creating the work plans in IT organization. The project manager breaks down the project into packages by means of implementing the pitfalls, level of work package details, tasks, WBS scheduling, updating the WBS, and project hierarchy. These above helped to clarify the specific of project team members for completing the work. The rolling wave planning increased the level of project packages in IT organization and also it could keep the project issues for converting into packages. The project manager must have to micromanage the project and slow down project progress for converting the overall projects into packages. Project management software The project management software had a capacity for the organization and the management of resource estimation. The software included the estimation and planning, cost control, collaboration software, decision making, and administration systems in large integrated programs. The task and activities of project management software included the scheduling and providing information.
