LRPS-OSR-2014-9110817 F2F Fundraising and/or Donor Management Services TECHNICAL PROPOSAL FORM – RESPONSE FORMAT (DONOR MANAGEMENT AND RETENTION) The technical proposal of the bidders should contain the following minimum information. Bidders are free to provide, any other information that they deem fit and relevant in support of their bid. A – Overall response and organization 1. Bidder’s Corporate Profile - Details of history, scope of services, management structure and organization, strengths and weaknesses assessment of the organization, infrastructure and resources available to deliver the project. - The registered name of the office for each respective country the contractor is bidding for, with company registration document (s). - The financial statement in the past 2-years, to ensure that the company is financial viable to run the project. 2. Description of approach, methodology and work plan to undertake the assignment - Comments to demonstrate comprehension and appreciation of the objectives. - The proposed methodology/strategy/technical specification for completion of the work as detailed in the Terms of Reference. - Proposals should show the proposed donor management and retention programme indicating number of communication pieces per year and by channels of communication e.g. mail, email, telephone etc. Proposal should also indicate process of saving donors i.e. dealing with missed donations, upgrading and reactivation. (NB. It is important for bidders so show this in some detail as bid to be evaluated in reference to end product and financial proposal.) - The attrition projection across 2 years for each specified country the contractor is bidding for. - Information as to delivery schedules, work flow and timelines for executing various tasks. - Measures to ensure security and confidentiality of donor’s personal database and financial data as per industrial best practice standards. - Business contingency plan. 3. The proposed team who will complete the work, including leader, members, experience and capability. - CVs of the key staff assigned to the project should be included, together with roles, responsibilities and reporting lines of all staff as well as those expected from UNICEF. * Please note that in additional to the TECHNICAL PROPOSAL FORM, the Technical Proposal envelope shall contain the following documentation: a) Bidder registration/incorporation documents; b) Audited financial statements for the past two years; c) Any other technical information that is relevant to the requirement.
